Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը վերահաստատում է Արցախի հարցով բանակցային գործընթացում լիարժեք ներգրավվելու իր պատրաստակամությունը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեծապես կարևորում է բանակցություններում Արցախի ժողովրդի ներկայացուցչի ներգրավման անհրաժեշտությունը: Վարչապետը նաև վերահաստատում է բանակցային գործընթացում լիարժեք ներգրավվելու իր պատրաստակամությունը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այս մասին հայտարարեց ԱԺ հերթական քառօրյայի վերջին նիստին՝ պատասխանելով  ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Տաճատ Վարդապետյանի դիտարկմանը:

Վարդապետյանը նշեց՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևը, անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Փաշինյանի՝ Արցախը, որպես բանակցային կողմ դարձնելու հայտարարությանը, նշել է՝ բանակցությունների խոչընդոտի պատասխանատվությունն այդ դեպքում ընկնում է Հայաստանի վրա:

«Իհարկե, ես բազմիցս պատրաստակամություն եմ հայտնել բանակցային գործընթացի մեջ ներգրավվել լիարժեք: Ես ասել եմ, որ իրավասու եմ համարում ինձ բանակցել Հայաստանի անունից, քանի որ ՀՀ վարչապետ եմ, բայց իրավասու չեմ Արցախի անունից: Արցախի ժողովուրդը չի մասնակցում Հայաստանում իշխանության ձևավորմանը, քանի որ իրենք ունեն իրենց իշխանությունը, կառավարությունը, նախագահը, որն ի վիճակի է բանակցել Արցախի անունից»,- նշեց վարչապետ Փաշինյանը:

Նա նկատեց՝ ասվածի մեջ սենսացիոն բան չկա: ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների նախագահների հայտարարությունում Արցախի վերջնական կարգավիճակի առումով նշվում է Արցախի ժողովրդի կամարտահայտման անհրաժեշտությունը: Այսպիսով արձանագրված է Արցախի հակամարտության կողմ լինելու հանգամանքը:

«Մենք շատ պարզ դնում ենք շատ պարզ հարց՝ բանանցում ենք ուղղակի բանակցելու, թե հարցը լուծելու համար:  Եթե մենք բանակցում ենք հարցը լուծելու համար, ինչպես ենք պատկերացնում հարցի լուծումը առանց հակամարտության կողմի: Եթե մենք բանակցում ենք բանակցելու համար, մենք պատրաստ ենք նաև այդպիսի ֆորմատի: Սակայն քանի դեռ չի արձանագրվել Արցախի ժողովրդի ներկայացուցչի ներգրավման անհրաժեշտությունը, նշանակում է, որ մենք ընդհանրապես չենք մոտեցել հարցի կարգավորմանը»,- նկատեց Փաշինյանը:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ բանակցային գործընթացին ամենաշատը խանգարում է  այն ռազմաշունչ մթնոլորտը, որը հաստատվում է Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության ոչ կառուցողական գործողությունների արդյունքում: «Ես վերահաստատում եմ բանակցությունների գործընթացին լիարժեք ներգրավվելու պատրաստակամությունս: Չկա դեպք, որ առաջարկվել է բանակցել, և Հայաստանը հրաժարվել է դրանից»,- ասաց վարչապետը:

Նա նշեց՝ ոչ ֆորմալ ձևաչափում ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինը առաջարկել է հանդիպել Ալիևի հետ, սակայն որևէ բովանդակային քննարկում Պուտինը և Փաշինյանը չեն ունեցել:
