ԲՀԿ Երևանի ավագանու թեկնածուներից մի քանիսը, անդրադառնալով ոստիկանության երեկվա տարածած տեսանյութին, այսօր հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ շատ պարզ կերպով ցույց տվեցին ոստիկանությանը իրենց տեղը և դերը, մեր այսօրվա իրականությունում։Քանզի հենց ԲՀԿ-ական Մարկոս Հարությունյանի դեպքը ապացուցում է, որ Օսիպյանը չի գիտակցում իրավիճակի լրջությունը և նման գործելաոճը բացարձակապես չի տարբերվում նախկին իշխանությունների գործեալոճից։Եվ ինչ է սա, եթե ոչ շոու․․․․․․Չի եղել որևէ իրավախախտում, անգամ չնչին պատճառներ չեն եղել, որ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները դիմակներով և ավտոմատներով Հարությույանին իր ընկերների հետ միասին «փռեն ասֆալտին»։Բայց սա էլ վերջը չէ, պարզվում է, որ ապօրինի օպերացիան տևել է ընդհամենը երկու րոպե և վերոնշյալ գործողությունները նկարահանելուց հետո բոլորին բաց են թողել։Անգամ ծիծաղ է առաջանում մարդու դեմքին, երբ տեսնում է թե ինչպիսի էժան քայլերի է գնում ոստիկանությունը, որ հայտնվի հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, փոխարենը այսօր հանրապետությունում առկա են այնպիսի լուրջ խնդիրներ, որտեղ իսկապես զգացվում է ոստիկանության միջամտության կարիքը սակայն ինչպես միշտ նրանք տեղում չեն։

Ինչևէ․եղածը եղած է, սակայն այս կերպ հարցեր չեն լուծվում և Վալերի Օսիպյանը այս քայլով իրեն վերջնականապես «փռեց ասֆալտին»։
