ԱՀ պետնախարար Մարտիրոսյանն ընդունել է ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը սեպտեմբերի 15-ին դիմավորել է Արցախ ժամանած ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գլխավորած կառավարական պատվիրակությանը, որից հետո նրանք ուղևորվել են Հադրութի շրջանի Տող գյուղ և մասնակցել արցախյան գինու հինգերորդ փառատոնին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Գ. Մարտիրոսյանը և Տ. Ավինյանը ծանոթացել են ներկայացված գինիների տեսականուն, տեղում զրուցել անհատ գինեգործների և գինու գործարանների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, հետաքրքրվել իրացման հետ կապված խնդիրներով: Պետական նախարարը կարևորել է Արցախում գինեգործության ավանդույթների վերականգնումը և վերահաստատել կառավարության պատրաստակամությունն այսուհետ ևս աջակցելու խաղողագործության ճյուղի զարգացմանն ու վերամշակմանը: Նա ոգևորիչ է համարել փառատոնին տարեցտարի նոր անհատ գինեգործների մասնակցության փաստը՝ նշելով, որ գինեգործությունը՝ որպես մշակույթ Արցախում նոր որակ է ստանում:

Այնուհետև Գ. Մարտիրոսյանի և Տ. Ավինյանի գլխավորությամբ Ստեփանակերտում տեղի է ունեցել ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպում, որտեղ քննարկվել է փոխգործակցության օրակարգում գտնվող գյուղատնտեսության, էներգետիկիայի և տնտեսական այլ ուղղություններին վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Ողջունելով ՀՀ գործընկերներին՝ պետական նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել ձևավորված հարաբերությունների մակարդակն՝ ընդգծելով, որ բոլոր ուղղություններով առկա է սերտ համագործակցություն: Գ. Մարտիրոսյանը ներկաների ուշադրությանն է ներկայացրել նաև վերջին ամիսներին Արցախում ՀՆԱ-ի աճի բարձր տեմպերը, այդ թվում՝ կանխատեսվող արդյունքները՝ շեշտադրելով, որ բոլոր հաջողություններում մեծ է ՀՀ կառավարության աջակցությունը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ և անմիջական մթնոլորտում ընդունելության համար՝ Տիգրան Ավինյանը գոհացուցիչ է համարել Արցախում արձանագրված տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշները՝ հայտնելով, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հետայսու ևս պատրաստ է ցուցաբերել գործուն աջակցություն: Նա կարևորել է հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների միասնական տնտեսական դաշտում գտնվելու հանգամանքը՝ նշելով, որ բոլոր ջանքները պետք է ուղղվեն առկա ներուժի լիարժեք օգտագործմանը: Տ. Ավինյանը իր դրական տպավորություններն է հայտնել նաև գինու փառատոնի մասին՝ հավաստիացնելով, որ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից արցախյան արտադրության ապրանքների իրացմանը խթանող տարբեր նոր մեխանիզմներ կկիրառվեն:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև կադրերի վերապատրաստմանն ու գործարար օղակների համագործակցությանն ուղղված հարցեր, ապագա անելիքների հետ կապված՝ ուղենշվել որոշ ծրագրեր»:
