ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն մանրամասներ է հաղորդում քրեական գործով կատարված խուզարկությունների վերաբերյալ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում շարունակվում է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի և ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի միջև տեղի ունեցած հեռախոսազրույցի գաղտնիությունը խախտելու՝ այն ձայնագրելու և տարածելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ հեռախոսազրույցը գաղտնաձայնագրառելու և տարածելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով, ի թիվս այլ հասցեների, օպերատիվ-քննչական խումբն այսօր այցելել է նաև Yerevan.today տեղեկատվական հարթակի խմբագրություն՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով խուզարկություն կատարելու համար։
 
Խմբագրությունում կատարված խուզարկությունը որևէ կերպ առնչություն չի ունեցել իրականացվող լրագրողական գործունեության հետ, այլ բացառապես ուղղված է՝ ապահովելու քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունը, ստուգելու քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալները, պարզելու երկու իրավապահ մարմինների ղեկավարների հեռախոսազրույցը գաղտնի ձայնագրելու և տարածելու եղանակը և էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ։
 
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ հեռախոսային խոսակցության գաղտնալսման վերաբերյալ տեսանյութն առաջին անգամ տեղադրվել է «Yerevan.today» լրատվական կայքում, և կարճ ժամանակ անց այն հեռացվել է կայքից: Ըստ Google որոնողական համակարգի՝ 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 11-ին համացանցում լայն տարածում ստացած տեսանյութը լրատվական կայքում առաջին անգամ տեղադրվել է դրանից 2 օր առաջ:
 
Լրատվական կայքի խմբագրությունում կատարված խուզարկության ընթացքում առգրավվել են թվով մեկ համակարգչային պրոցեսոր և 3 հիշողության կրիչներ՝ դրանցում գործի համար նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով դատահամակարգչատեխնիկական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու համար։
 
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
