Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովն Ադրբեջանին կոչ է արել դադարեցնել Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի և քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների գնդակոծությունը:

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը ՀԱՊԿ պաշտոնական կայքում հանդես է եկել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ:

«Լուրջ մտահոգություն ենք հայտնում վերջին շրջանում հաճախակի դարձած հայ-ադրբեջանական պետական սահմանի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ գոտիներում տեղակայված բնակավայրերի ու քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների գնդակոծման դեպքերի առնչությամբ, որոնք մարդկային զոհերի են հանգեցրել։

Համոզված ենք, որ ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունը տանում է իրավիճակի նոր լարման եւ տապալում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ջանքերը։ Ի գիտություն ընդունելով ՀԱՊԿ–ում ՀՀ մշտական եւ լիազոր ներկայացուցչի տեղեկությունը, որը ներկայացվել է սեպտեմբերի 21-ին կայացած Մշտական խորհրդի նիստին՝ կոչ ենք անում դադարեցնել գնդակոծությունները եւ ՀԱՊԿ պատասխանատվության գոտում լարվածության ավելացումը՝ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետության՝ Հայաստանի անվտանգության սպառնալիքների աճը թույլ չտալու նպատակով»,- ասված է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հայտարարության մեջ։
