Աշխատանքային այցով Ֆրանսիայում գտնվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը Շամոնի քաղաքում մասնակցել է ամենամյա Մտքերի գագաթնաժողովին (Summit of Minds) եւ հանդես եկել որպես գլխավոր բանախոս։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից , անմիջական մթնոլորտում կառուցողական քննարկում է ծավալվել համաշխարհային տնտեսության զարգացման միտումների, ներդրումային հնարավորությունների եւ ժամանակակից աշխարհի մարտահրավերների, առաջնորդության եւ ռազմավարական որոշումներ կայացնելու շուրջ։ Նախագահ Սարգսյանի մոտեցումներն ու առաջ քաշած գաղափարները ջերմորեն են ընդունվել մասնակիցների կողմից։

Հանրապետության նախագահը գագաթնաժողովի կազմակերպիչների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել նման համաժողով Հայաստանում անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ։

Մտքերի գագաթնաժողովի (Summit of Minds) շրջանակում նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 23-ին աշխատանքային նախաճաշ է ունեցել Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի, ինչպես նաեւ երկու տասնյակից ավելի հայտնի ընկերությունների, հիմնադրամների, կազմակերպությունների ու բանկերի ( այդ թվում՝ ամերիկյան Google, Nasdaq, Cargyll, McKinsey, Revolution, շվեյցարական Nestlé, Pictet եւ Lombard Odier, ֆրանսիական Groupe Accor, Publicis, OneRagtime, Société Générale, ռուսական «Ալֆա բանկ», բրիտանական Bridgepoint եւ Kleinwort Hambros) ղեկավար կազմի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Հանրապետության նախագահը նրանց հետ քննարկել է հայաստանյան բիզնես միջավայրին, ինչպես նաեւ ներդրումների ներգրավմանն ու գործարար կապերի ստեղծմանը վերաբերող հարցեր։ Նախագահ Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է մեր երկրի մրցակցային առավելություններն՝ ընդգծելով նրա կամրջող դերը Եվրամիության եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջեւ, որը օտարերկրյա գործարարների եւ ներդրողների առջեւ բացում է նոր ու լուրջ հնարավորություններ։ Զրույցի ընթացքում սկզբունքային պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Հայաստանում ծրագրեր իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ։
