2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 23-ին կայացած Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների քվեարկության արդյունքների վերահաշվարկի կամ տեղամասում քվեարկության արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին դիմումներ համապատասխան տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողով կարող էին ներկայացվել մինչև սեպտեմբերի 25-ը` ժամը 11.00-ն:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին  ԿԸՀ մամուլի ծառայությունից, սահմանված ժամկետում միայն թիվ 3 տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողով է ներկայացվել վերահաշվարկի մեկ դիմում: Չնայած դիումը ներկայացվել է ոչ իրավասու անձի կողմից, թիվ 3 տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ վերահաշվարկել է դիմումով պահանջվող թիվ 3/5 տեղամասի քվեարկության արդյունքները, և վերահաշվարկի արդյուքնում որևէ ցուցանիշի փոփոխություն չի արձանագրվել:

Քվեարկության արդյունքների արձանագրությունների ուսումնասիրմամբ թիվ 8 տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովը վերահաշվարկել է թիվ 8/33 ընտրական տեղամասի արդյունքները, որի արդյունքում արձանագրված տվյալների էական փոփոխություններ չեն արձանագրվել:

Տեղամասում քվեարկության արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին դիմումներ տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովները չեն ստացել:

Մինչ այս պահը չի ներկայացվել նաև այլ անձի փոխարեն քվեարկելու վերաբերյալ որևէ դիմում:

Թվով 10 տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներից 9-ում ստացվել է մեկական դիմում-բողոք` բացառապես դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացրած երկու հասարակական կազմակերպության և նրանց դիմումով հավատարմագրված դիտորդների կողմից:

Նշված դիմումների քննությունը կիրականացվի ընտրական օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով և ժամկետներում:
