Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Աշոտ Հակոբյանն ընդունել է իսպանական «Կորսան-Կորվիամ Կոնստրուկցիոն» ընկերության շինարարության գծով տնօրեն Խոսե Ալբերտո Կառասկոյին և ծրագրի ղեկավար Սանտիագո Զուբիյագա Ռոդրիգեսին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, կողմերը քննարկել են «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Տրանշ 2-ում իրականացվող աշխատանքների մանրամասները: Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը հայտնել է, որ չնայած իրենց ընկերության որոշ ֆինանսական խնդիրներին, այս նախագծի իրականացման նպատակով բանկերը շարունակում են իրենց միջոցներ տրամադրել: Սակայն ներկայում կան որոշակի տեխնիկական խնդիրներ՝ կապված ոռոգման ջրի խողովակների տեղափոխման և դրա հետևանքով հողերի օտարման գործընթացի հետ:

Նախարարը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աջակցելու բոլոր նմանատիպ խնդիրների շուտափույթ լուծմանը և առաջարկել նախարարության մասնագետների հետ քննարկել խնդրահարույց կետերը: Աշոտ Հակոբյանն անդրադարձել է աշխատանքի ներկա տեմպին, որն, ըստ նրա, գոհացուցիչ չէ: Նախարարը նշել է, որ ի տարբերություն 3 ամիս առաջվա պատկերի, Տրանշ 3-ում չինական ընկերության կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքները ծավալային առումով մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում են Տրանշ 2-ում կատարվող աշխատանքներին: Տրանշ 2-ի աշխատանքների տեմպը վերականգնելու նպատակով նախարարը խոստացել է ձեռնարկել գործուն միջոցառումներ: 
 
Աշոտ Հակոբյանի խոսքով՝ այս ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքում հապաղել չի կարելի. ժամկետը բավական սուղ է, իսկ հետաձգումները՝ անցանկալի: Ընդ որում՝ տեմպի բարձրացումը չպիտի լինի որակի հաշվին: Նախարարը խոստացավ առաջիկա օրերին այցելել շինհրապարակ՝ բոլոր խնդիրներին տեղում ծանոթանալու և հույս հայտնեց, որ աշխատանքները կընկնեն նախկին հունի մեջ:
