Սեպտեմբերի 26-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը հերթական անգամ ընդունեց քաղացիներին, որոնք իրենց դիմումները, բողոքներն ու առաջարկությունները ներկայացնելուց առաջ ոստիկանության պետին շնորհակալություն հայտնեցին վերջին ամիսներին համակարգի կատարած աշխատանքի համար՝ կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների բացահայտումից մինչև Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների կազմակերպում։

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, ընդունելության եկած քաղաքացիներին հուզող հարցերը և՛ ոստիկանության իրավասության շրջանակում էին, և՛ դրանից դուրս։ Որոշ անձինք, իրենց ներկայացնելով,  տուժել են նախկինում կատարված հանցագործություններից, տարբեր ոլորտներում ոտնահարվել էին նրանց իրավունքներն ու օրինական շահերը, ունեն կենցաղային խնդիրներ, քաղաքացիներից մեկն անգամ խնդրում էր գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել տարիներ առաջ անհետ կորած որդուն հայտնաբերելու ուղությամբ։

Ոստիկանության իրավասությանը վերաբերվող խնդիրները Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը տեղում քննարկեց՝ գտնելով և առաջարկելով լուծումներ։ Հատուկ դեպքերով ոստիկանության պետը հանձնարարեց ուսումնասիրել  բողոքները և օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, պատշաճ լուծում տալ հարցերին՝ արդյունքների մասին քաղաքացիներին պարտադիր տեղեկացնելով։

Ոստիկանության իրավասությանը չվերաբերող խնդիրները ևս բազմաբնույթ էին և առնչվում էին տարբեր գերատեսչությունների գործառույթներին։ Ոստիկանության պետը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց աջակցել նրանց՝ ոչ միայն առարկայական քննարկելով  կամ ուղղորդելով, այլև գործնական քայլերով։ Քաղաքացիներից ոմանց, Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ, պայմանավորված նրանց խնդիրներով, պատրաստ է նորից ընդունել՝ արված աշխատանքները քննարկելու և խնդիրների լուծման ավելի օպտիմալ տարբերակ գտնելու նպատակով։ «Օրենքի առաջ հավասար են բոլորը, և ոստիկանության աշխատանքում քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ խտրական վերաբերմունքը բացառվելու է» ,- բոլորին վստահեցրեց Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։
