Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի շուրջ կրքերը տևական ժամանակ է չեն հանդարտվում: Սույն կառույցը երկար տարիներ գլխավորող Արթուր Գևորգյանը իր գործունեությամբ քաոս է ստեղծել Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայում: 
Մի շարք անվանի և վաստակաշատ մարզիչներ և մարզիկներ, բռնցքամարտի աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչները, այլևս չհանդուրժելով կառույցի նախագահի կամայականությունները՝ հատկապես նրա՝ կասկածելի պայմաններում վերըտրվելը, հայտարարել են, որ ցանկանում են ստեղծել բռնցքամարտի նոր ֆեդերացիա:
Այս հանգամանքը խիստ վրդովվեցրել և սաստիկ ջղաձգումների գիրկն է նետել Արթուր Գևորգյանին, ով, հասկանալով, որ իր դարաշրջանը ավարտվել է, ցանկանում է ամեն կերպ շարունակել գլխավորել բռնցքամարտի ոլորտը: Ամենատարբեր մամլո ասուլիսներ է հրավիրում և խիստ զայրացած կեսարյան տոնով հայտարարում, որ իր դեմ դավադրություն է կազմակերպվում և որ ԱԻԲԱ-ն՝ Բռնցքամարտի միջազգային ֆեդերացիան, իրեն արդեն շնորհավորել է վերընտրվելու կապակցությամբ: 
Սա, իհարկե, հուսահատ մի ճիգ էր իրականությունը խեղաթյուրելու: Արդեն մի քանի ժամ անց պարզաբանվեց, որ այդ ընտրության իրավական գնահատականը ընդամենը օրեր անց կտա ԱԻԲԱ-յի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը, որը ժամանում է Հայաստան ընտրության խախտումները ուսումնասիրելու նպատակով: Այս դեպքում առնվազն տարօրինակ է, թե ինչպես կարող էր ԱԻԲԱ-ն շնորհավորել Արթուր Գևորգյանին:
Արթուր Գևորգյանի գործունեության լավագույն վկաները բռնցքամարտիկների գրանցած արդյունքներն են. բռնցքամարտի աշխարհի 2015 թվականի առաջնությունից մեր մարզիկները որևէ օլիմպիական վարկանիշ չկարողացան ձեռք բերել: Վերջին շանսը Թուրքիայում կայանալիք վարկանիշային մրցաշարն էր, որին, ի դեպ, Արթուր Գևորգյանը մարզիկներին մասնակցել արգելել էր: Արթուր Գևորգյանին կոչ ենք անում փոքր ինչ թարմացնել սեփական հիշողությունը և վերհիշել, թե ՀԱՕԿ-ը ինչպիսի տիտանական ջանքեր էր գործադրում այդ օրերին, որպեսզի բռնցքամարտը փրկվի օլիմպիական խաղերին չմասնակցելու խայտառակությունից:
Իսկ առայժմ պետք է փաստել, որ հայկական բռնցքամարտի ոլորտում մոտ ապագայում կարևորագույն դերակատարություն է կատարելու նորաստեղծ «Հայկական բռնցքամարտի ազգային ֆեդերացիան», որը այս պահին արդեն պաշտոնապես ճանաչման փուլում է:
