Բժշկական համալսարանում անցկացվում է Yerevan Cardiology Forum 2018 միջազգային համաժողովը

Երևանի Մ. Հերացու անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարանում սեպտեմբերի 27-ին անցկացվեց երկրորդ միջազգային սրտաբանական համաժողովը ՝ Yerevan Cardiology Forum 2018 խորագրով, որը շարունակվելու է մինչև սեպտեմբերի 29-ը:

Համաժողովին հանդես եկան տասնյակ պրոֆեսորներ աշխարհի առաջատար երկրներից։ Համաժողովի նպատակը սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների վերաբերյալ գիտական փաստերի վերհանումն էր, և գիտության նվաճումների ու զարգացման մասին խոսելը:

Համալսարանի ռեկտոր Արմեն Մուրադյանը նշեց, որ գիտական ֆորումը թույլ կտա  ամփոփել ամենաարդիական խնդիրը, որ այսօր առկա է բժշկության մեջ:  «Մարդկության 15%-ը տառապում է սրտանոթային հիվանդություններով: Այս խնդիրը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն Հայաստանին: Այն ամբողջ աշխարհում  առողջապահական համար մեկ խնդիրն է: Իսկ գիտատեխնիկական զարգացումները թույլ են տալիս ուսումնասիրել սրտանոթային առավել բարդ խնդիրներ»:

Վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում իրականացվել են բազմաթիվ կանխարգելիչ և բուժական ծրագրեր՝ մասնավորապես Stand for Llife-ը, որը թույլ է տալիս զգալիորեն կրճատել սրտանոթային հիվանդություններից մահացությունը:

Stand for Life  ծրագրի մասին, որն իրականացվում է 2015թ.-ից, խոսեց պրոֆեսոր Հմայակ Սիսակյանը: «Այն անվճար ստենտավորման ծրագիր է, որը զգալիորեն նվազեցրել է մահացության մակարդակը: Հետխորհրդային տարիներին Հայաստանն առաջիններից էր, որ կիրառեց այն: Դրա շնորհիվ կրճատվեց նաև սրտամկանի ինֆարկտով հիվանդների նախահոսպիտալային բուժօգնության տրամադրման չափը, որը բարելավեց նաև նրանց կենսունակությունը: Մյուսը Optimize Heart Failure Care ծրագիրն է: Այն ավելի ինտենսիվ մոնիտորինգի ծրագիր է, որի նպատակը սրտային անբավարարություն ունեցող հիվանդների բուժումն է: Մեր նպատակն է նվազեցնել սրտանոթային հիվանդություններ ունեցող մարդկանց մահացությունները և հոսպիտալացումները, բարելավել նրանց կյանքի որակը, կիրառել նոր մեթոդներ և տեխնոլոգիաներ»:

Սրտանոթային հիվանդություններից մահացության մակարդակը՝ ըստ տարիքային խմբերի, Հայաստանում զգալիորեն տարբերվում է եվրոպական վիճակագրությունից, որտեղ  մահացության ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշը 85-ից բարձր տարիքային խմբի մոտ է, Հայաստանում ՝ 75-84-ի:

Սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների բուժման ապագայի մասին խոսեց Սրտաբանների եվրոպական ասոցիացիայի նախկին նախագահ, European Heart Agency-ի  ներկայիս ղեկավար, պրոֆեսոր Փանոս Վարդասը :

Պրոֆեսորի խոսքով՝ ներքին օրգանների եռաչափ պատկերումը (հոլոգրամ) այսօր իսկապես իրականություն են և  կիրառվում են  ոչ միայն բժշկության մեջ: «Դրանք օգտագործվում են և՛ կրթական և բուժական նպատակներով, նաև՝ դրանց հետագա օգտագործումը հնարավորություն կտա կրճատել մահացության ցուցանիշը: Կրթական տեսանկյունից դա մեծ առաջընթաց կարող է բերել: Հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք սենսորների և հոլոգրամների օգտագործման դեպքում այլևս չենք ունենա մասնագետների կարիք, պրոֆեսորը պատասխանեց, որ դրանք երբևէ չեն կարողանա փոխարինել մարդուն, սակայն  երիտասարդ մասնագետները պետք է առավել կրթվեն և կենտրոնանան  հատկապես մաթեմատիկայի վրա»,- ասաց պրոֆեսորը:

Համաժողովին զեկույցներով հանդես կգան սրտաբաններ Գերմանիայից, Հունաստանից, Սլովենիայից, Ռուսաստանից, ԱՄՆ-ից և Ավստրիայից:
