ՀՀ կառավարությունն  այսօր հավանություն է տվել ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի կողմից ներկայացված ՀՀ մարզերում առաջնահերթ լուծում պահանջող հիմնախնդիրների լուծման համար հատկացված միջոցների շրջանակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արմավիրի, Լոռու, Շիրակի և Տավուշի մարզպետարաններին  82,913.0 հազար դրամ հատկացնելու վերաբերյալ որոշման նախագծին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին  ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության լրատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապեևի վարչությունից,  մեկ այլ որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է ՀՀ Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Գեղարքունիքի, Կոտայքի, Շիրակի, Սյունիքի և Տավուշի մարզերում առաջնահերթ լուծում պահանջող հիմնախնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ իրականացվելիք աշխատանքների համար Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամին տրամադրելու նպատակով ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությանը ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից 2018 թվականին հատկացնել 3,657,994.3 հազ. դրամ: Այս մարզերում էլ տարբեր ոլորտներում առկա են մի շարք հիմնախնդիրներ` մասնավորապես, դպրոցաշինության, մշակութային, նախադպրոցական հաստատության, բնակարանաշինության, ճանապարհաշինության, ջրամատակարարման, ոռոգման և այլ ոլորտներում:

ՀՀ մարզերում առաջնահերթ լուծում պահանջող հիմնախնդիրների լուծման համար հատկացված միջոցների շրջանակում ՀՀ  Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Գեղարքունիքի, Կոտայքի, Շիրակի, Սյունիքի և Տավուշի մարզպետարաններին ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից կհատկացվի  235,282.0 հազար դրամ։

Գործադիրը որոշել է նաև ՀՀ համայնքներին 2018 թ. պետբյուջեով արդեն իսկ նախատեսված սուբվենցիաներից բացի, այլ սուբվենցիաներ տրամադրելու նպատակով 421,235.4 հազար դրամ գումար հատկացնել ՀՀ մարզպետարաններին: Ծրագրային հայտերը հիմնականում ուղղված են համայնքներում կապիտալ ներդրումներին` մասնավորապես,  համայնքներում փողոցների, այգիների, պուրակների, խաղահրապարակների բարեկարգմանը, համայնքային շենքերի, մշակութային տների, մանկապարտեզների, հանդիսությունների սրահների կառուցմանն ու նորոգմանը, խմելու, կոյուղու, ոռոգման ջրագծերի կառուցմանն ու նորոգմանը և գիշերային լուսավորության անցկացմանը: Համայնքային բյուջեների հաշվին այդ համայնքներում արդեն իսկ իրականացվում են ծրագրերը,  և ներկայումս ՀՀ պետբյուջեից համաֆինանսավորման միջոցների հատկացման անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում:

Գործադիրի հաջորդ որոշմամբ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2018 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» օրենքի N 1 հավելվածում կատարվել է վերաբաշխում, համաձայն որի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից 2018 թվականին կհատկացվի 2,222,654.7 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ՝ միջպետական և համայնքային նշանակության ճանապարհների նորոգման և հիմնանորոգման նպատակով: Մասնավորապես` կվերանորոգվեն Տ-7-70 ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհի Հոռոմ Հովտաշեն, Տ-7-45 ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհի Կրաշեն-Մ7 ճանապարհահատվածները, կասֆալտապատվի ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Լոռի Բերդ գյուղին կից մայրուղու Աշոտ Երկաթ պատմամշակութային ամրոց տանող ճանապարհը, կնորոգվի Լուսաղբյուր համայնքի ներհամայնքային ճանապարհը։
