Րոպեներ առաջ նիստերի դահլիճ մտան ԵԼՔ-ի պատգամավորները և հավաքեցին գրանցման քարտերը: Այսպիսով՝ նրանք ձախողում են արտահերթ նիստը, որպեսզի չընդունվի այդ աղմկոտ նախագիծը, սակայն ՀՀԿ-ն քվեարկեց ձեռքով:

Ազգային ժողովը 67 կողմ ձայով ընդունեց ԱԺ կանոնակարգ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագիծը:

Միաժամանակ Ազգային ժողովի դիմաց հանրության մեծ հոսք է նկատվում. քաղաքացիները հավաքվում են Բաղրամյան պողոտայում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոչին հետևելով։

ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստը մեկնարկել է, սակայն բարձրախոսները միացված չեն, այդ պատճառով պատգամավորների ձայները հազիվ լսելի են: 

Պատգամավորները գրանցվեցին ձեռքերը վեր բարձրացնելով, ի վերջո  վիճաբանություն եղավ Աժ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանի և «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սասուն Միքայելյանի միջև։

Բաբլոյանը ձայը բարձրացրած ու ցուցամատով խոսեց նրա հետ, լսելի դարձավ Միքայելյանի հորդորը, որ ի վերջո մի անգամ լսեն ժողովրդի ձայնը։

Այսօր՝ ժամը 19:30-ին Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ է գումարել, «ՀՀԿ» խմբակցությունը ներկա է, այստեղ են «Ծառուկյան դաշինքի» պատգամավորները:

Նիստի մեկնարկի մասին դեռ չի հայտարարվել: ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քիչ առաջ ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի միջոցով հասարակությանը կոչ արեց հավաքվել Ազգային ժողովի մոտ,որովհետև տեղեկություն է ստացել,որ ԱԺ «ՀՀԿ» խմբակցությունը 19:30-ին արտահերթ նիստ է հրավիրում հայտնի՝ «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին նախագծին քվեարկելու համար:
