ԱԺ-ում վերջապես կայացավ հերթական նիստը. ընդունվեցին մի շարք օրենքներ

ՀՀ ազգային ժողովում վերջապես կայացավ չորրորդ նստաշրջանի հերթական նիստը՝ մոտ երկու ժամ ուշ նախատեսված ժամից՝ քվորում չապահովելու պատճառով:Նիստը սկսվելու համար ապահովվեց քվորում, ընդունվեցին մի քանի օրենքներ:

Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ, քվեարկության արդյունքում ընդունվեց Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից ներկայացված «Էլեկտրոնային հաղորդակցության մասին ՀՀ օրենքում  լրացում և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Նախագիծն ընդունվեց վերաքվեարկությամբ՝ տեխնիկական խնդիրների պատճառով: Կողմ քվեարկեց 59 պատգամավոր, դեմ, ձեռնպահ չկար:

«Ազատ տնտեսական  գոտիների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունվեց 59 կողմ ձայնով, դեմ, ձեռնպահ կրկին չկային:

Կառավարության կողմից ներկայացված« Լիցենզավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու նախագիծն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունվեց 57 կողմ ձայնով:

60 կողմ ձայնով ընդունվեց նաև ՀՀ գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման և բաշխման համակարգերի գործունությունը, գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի գործող սակագների հիմնավորվածությունն ուսումնասիրելու նպատակով ստեղծված ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի թիվը սահմանելու մասին ԱԺ նախագիծն ընդունելու մասին նախագիծը:

ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Գագիկ Մինասյանի, Սամվել Նիկոյանի և Գևորգ Գորգիսյանի կողմից ներկայացված «ՀՀ հաշվեքննիչ պալատի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծն ընդունվեց 55 կողմ ձայներով, դեմ, ձեռնպահ չկային:

Ժամը 10:00-ին նիստը չէր կայացել՝ քվորում չապահովելու պատճառով, գրանցվել էր 51 պատգամավոր:
