Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում խորհրդարանական երեք ուժերի կողմից ընդունված «ԱԺ Կանոնակարգ օրենքում» փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին նախագծի շուրջ հասարակության մեջ ստեղծվեց բավականին հակասական և թյուր պատկերացում։ Ամենքին թվաց, թե ժողովրդի՝ նոր նվաճած իշխանությունը վտանգված է։ Եվ այս ինքնապաշտպանական ու էմոցիոնալ ֆոնի վրա տեղի ունեցավ այն, ինչ ունեցավ։ 
Էմոցիոնալը մի կողմ թողելով՝ փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ինչ է իրականում իրենից երկայացնում վերոնշյալ «լեգենդար» օրինագիծը։ Այն իրականում օրինական ու հերթական մի նախագիծ է, որն իրենից ներկայացնում է Ազգային ժողովի աշխատանքների, պատգամավորների բացակայության և նիստերին մասնակցելու բնականոնությանը միտված որոշակի կարգավորումներ ենթադրող բարեփոխումներ։
Հետևաբար, այն « դիմակայության» ալիքը, որ բարձրացավ այս հակահեղափոխական» հռչակված օրինագծի շուրջ ամբողջովին սխալ ինֆորմացիայի ու ապատեղեկատվության հիմքերի վրա էր դրված։
Ազգային ժողովի հայտնի նիստի օրը բավականին շատ թվով մարդիկ հավաքվեցին խարհրդարանի շենքի մոտ։

Նույն համոզմունքը փաստվում է այս տեսանյութում, որտեղ քաղաքացիների անիրազեկության աստիճանը թույլ է տալիս վստահաբար ասել,որ գրեթե ոչ ոք չգիտեր՝ ինչ է այդ օրինագծի իրական բովանդակությունը։
Ու ամենի մեջ ցավալի է և ինչ-որ տեղ նաև աբսուրդային , որ ՀՀԿ-ի ողջ բացասական տրամադրվածությունները այս ապատեղեկատվության հետևանքով փոխանցվեց նաև ԲՀԿ-ի և ՀՅԴ-ի կողմ։ Ու աբսուրդն այնքան հալած յուղի տեղ անցավ, որ քաղաքացիները պատասխաններում հնչեցնում են, թե ԲՀԿ-ն միացել է ՀՀԿ-ին․․․․Ուղղակի աներևակայելի չհիմնավորված, ու, քավ լիցի, հիմար պատասխաններ։
Այսքանից հետո ապատեղեկատվության հեղինակները այս վիճակը շտկելու համար պետք է տան պարզաբանումներ, այլ ոչ թե լռելյայն նայել այս ամենին։
