Հայաստանի կառավարությունը պահուստային ֆոնդից ավելի քան 41 մլն դրամ կհատկացնի ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությանը' «Կոմիտասի թանգարան-ինստիտուտ»-ի կահավորման և տեխնիկական միջոցների ձեռքբերման համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը' այդ մասին որոշմ ան նախագիծն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության նոյեմբերի 13-ի նիստի օրակարգում:
Նախագծի հիմնավորման համաձայն' թանգարան-ինստիտուտի բացումը տեղի է ունենալու 2015թ. հունվարին: Համալիրն ունի թանգարանային մաս, գիտահետազոտական կենտրոն, համերգային դահլիճ, երաժշտական ստուդիա, գրադարան, հրատարակչություն:
«Կահավորումը և տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերումը հնարավորություն կտա ապահովելու թանգարան-ինստիտուտի բնականոն գործունեությունը, ինչպես նաև 2015 թվականին Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյա տարելիցի միջոցառումները համալիրում իրականացնել պատշաճ մակարդակով:
Թանգարան-ինստիտուտի կահավորումն իրականացվելու է ձևավորման էսքիզներին համապատասխան' ներառյալ անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկական միջոցները: Կահույքը կպատրաստվի ըստ Էսքիզների դետալավորման: Նշված աշխատանքները պետք է ավարտվեն տարեվերջին»,- ասված է նախագծում:
Թանգարան-ինստիտուտի ստեղծումը և տեխնիկական ապահովումը հնարավորություն կտա հայ մեծանուն երգահան Կոմիտասի կյանքը և ստեղծագործական գործունեությունը, ինչպես նաև հայ երաժշտական մշակութային ժառանգությունն ամբողջությամբ, խորությամբ, մաքուր ու անաղարտ ներկայացնել:
Թանգարան-ինստիտուտը լինելու է ոչ միայն զուտ որպես թանգարան, այլև ակտիվ, պարբերաբար անցկացվող միջոցառումներով թանգարան-մշակութային կենտրոն, որտեղ մարդիկ հնարավորություն կունենան ծանոթանալ Մեծն Կոմիտասի ամբողջական ժառանգությանը:
