ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանն այսօր ընդունել է Վրաստանի արդարադատության նախարար Տեա Ծուլուկիանիի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից,  Արտակ Զեյնալյանը ողջունել է վրաց գործընկերոջ այցը Երևան և սերտ համագործակցության պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել: Տեա Ծուլուկիանին իր հերթին նշել է, որ Թբիլիսիում կայացած նախորդ հանդիպումից հետո ուրախ է Երևանում գտնվելու և երկու երկրների արդարադատության ոլորտի բարափոխումների ընթացքին ու իրավական դաշտի տեղեկատվության փոխանակմանն առնչվող որոշ հարցեր նախարար Զեյնալյանի հետ քննարկելու համար:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են իրավական ոլորտում երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր, մասնավորապես՝ անդրադարձել երկու երկրների միջև դատապարտյալների փոխանակմանն առնչվող ընթացակարգերին: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել Պրոբացիայի ծառայության և քրեակատարողական բժշկության կարողությունների զարգացման նպատակով կազմակերպել փորձի փոխանակում՝ հաշվի առնելով Վրաստանի ձեռքբերումները նշված ուղղություններով: Քննարկվել են նաև անչափահասների արդարադատությանն առնչվող մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնց ուղղությամբ ևս համատեղ փորձի փոխանակման պայանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել:

Նախարար Զեյնալյանը վրացի գործընկերոջը ներկայացրել է նաև պետական ծառայությունների մատուցման գրասենյակների ներդրման հայկական փորձը, ընդգծելով, որ ներկայում ամբողջ Հանրապետության տարածքում սփռված 130 գրասենյակներ մատուցում են պետական մարմիններին առնչվող 67 ծառայություն, իսկ հաջորդ տարի նախատեսվում է այդ գրասենյակների թիվը հասցնել 300-ի: Տեա Ծուլուկիանին ևս ներկայացրել է պետական ծառայությունների մատուցման վրացական մոդելը, որը ներառում է 60 գրասենյակներ գյուղական համայնքներում և 20 գրասենյակներ մեծ քաղաքներում: Այս համատեքստում նախարար Ծուլուկիանին Արտակ Զեյնալյանին հրավիրել է ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 18-ին ներկա գտնվելու Վրաստանի վարչապետի մասնակցությամբ Ախալքալաքում կայանալիք պետական ծառայությունների մատուցման հերթական գրասենյակի բացման արարողությանը: Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը վերահաստատել են փոխադարձ պատրաստակամությունը համագործակցության հետագա խորացման հարցում:
