Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը հոկտեմբերի 15-ին ընդունել է «Արցախ ռութս ինվեսթմենթ» (ԱՐԻ) ներդրումային ընկերության մի խումբ բաժնետերերի:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԱՀ պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ պետական նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել ԱՐԻ ընկերության դերն Արցախի վերաբնակեցման քաղաքականությանն աջակցության հարցում՝ ընդգծելով գյուղատնտեսության և բնակարանաշինության ոլորտներում իրականացվող ծրագրերը: Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով՝ ծրագրերի ընդլայնման վերաբերյալ առկա պայմանավորվածությունների շրջանակում նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն ավարտական փուլում են, և շուտով հոգաբարձուների խորհրդին կներկայացվեն Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Աղավնո բնակավայրի 20 և Քարվաճառ քաղաքի50 բնակարանների կառուցման նախագծանախահաշվային փաստաթղթերը:

Առաջարկվող ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Կարեն Շահրամանյանը սլայդերի միջոցով ներկաների ուշադրությանն է ներկայացրել գերատեսչության կողմից կատարված աշխատանքները՝ նշելով, որ առաջիկա մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում դրանք վերջնական տեսքի կբերվեն:

ԱՐԻ ընկերության հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Վահան Գասարջյանը, գոհունակություն հայտնելով Արցախի կառավարության հետ ձևավորված համագործակցությունից, նշել է, որ տարեցտարի ծրագրին մասնակցողների թիվն աճում է: Անդրադառնալով Քարվաճառում իրականացվելիք բնակարանաշինությանը՝ Վահան Գասարջյանը նշել է, որ քանի որ այն կյանքի է կոչվելու ավստրալահայության միջոցներով, առաջարկ կա թաղամասը «Սիդնեյ» անվանելու:

Գաղափարը ողջունվել է պետնախարարի կողմից, և պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել առաջիկա ամիսներին սկսել շինարարական աշխատանքները: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև տրամադրվող գումարների տոկոսադրույքների վերանայման, նոր ներդրողների ներգրավման նպատակով պետության կողմից պարտատոմսերի թողարկման, ինչպես նաև փոխգործակցության արդյունավետության բարձրացման հետ կապված հարցեր:
