Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն  Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցներին, հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների տարածքային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, համայնքների ղեկավարներին է ներկայացրել նորանշանակ մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության զարգացման նախարարության  հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախկին մարզպետ Գագիկ Միրիջանյանին կարճ  ժամանակամիջոցում կատարած արդյունավետ աշխատանքի համար և նրան հաջողություններ մաղթել իր հետագա քաղաքական, հասարակական  գործունեության մեջ։

Հաջորդիվ ներկայացնելով Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանին՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը շնորհավորել է նրան մարզպետի պատասխանատու պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ և մաղթել հաջողություններ ու արգասաբեր աշխատանք իր հետագա գործունեության մեջ։ Իր խոսքում Սուրեն Պապիկյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանում առաջիկայում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին՝ այն որակելով որպես շրջափուլային Հայաստանի պետականության ամրապնդման գործընթացում․ «Առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ձևից և բովանդակությունից է կախված, թե ինչպիսին կլինի մեր վաղվա օրն ու մեր երեխաների ապագան»,-ասել է նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը և ընդգծել ընտրական գործընթացներում տարիներով արմատացած բացասական ավանդույթների իսպառ բացառման անհրաժեշտությունը։

 Խոսելով վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում համայնքների ղեկավարների գործունեության վերաբերյալ բնակիչների բարձրացրած դժգոհությունների մասին` Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նշել է, որ, որպես ՀՀ-ում ժողովրդավարության հաստատման ստորին օղակ, ՏԻՄ ղեկավարները պետք է գործեն բացառապես ՀՀ սահմանադրության և օրենքների շրջանակներում։ Ըստ Սուրեն Պապիկյանի`  միայն օրինականության և պատասխանատվության վրա խարսխված գործունեության միջոցով է հնարավոր հասնել հանրային լեգիտիմության և Հայաստանում հաստատված նոր իրողություններն ու փոփոխությունները հասցնել համայնքներ։          

Նախկին մարզպետ Գագիկ Միրիջանյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Սուրեն Պապիկյանին՝ մարզի կառավարման գործում իրեն ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար և երախտագիտության խոսք ուղղել մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմին, համայնքների ղեկավարներին ու բնակիչներին, ովքեր օժանդակել և նպաստել են իրեն` մարզի շենացմանն ուղղված նախաձեռնություններում։

Նորանշանակ մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը շնորհակալություն է  հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և ՀՀ ՏԿԶ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանին`  նման բարձր վստահության համար և հավաստիացրել, որ մարզի առաջ ծառացած բազում խնդիրների լուծման համար գործադրելու է հնարավոր բոլոր ջանքերը։
