Դավիթ Հայրապետյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ոչ միայն Երևանն էր տոնում իր հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակը, այլև Աբովյան էր նշում իր հիմնադրման 55 ամյակը և այս կարևոր իրադարձությունը էլ ավելի կարևորվեց ի շնորհիվ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի: Ինչպես միշտ այս անգամ էլ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը իր անմիջական ներկայությամբ ուսումասիրեց մի շաքր խնդիրներ, ծանոթացավ դրանց հետ ու իր լուծումները առաջարկեց տվյալ խնդիրները հաղթահարելու համար:
Այս անգամ էլ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում էր ուսումնական հաստատությունները, քանի որ Գ. Ծառուկյանը քաջ գիտակցում է, որ մեր երկրի ապագան կերտելու են մեր փոքրիկները ու արժանավայել կրթություն ստանալը, առանցքային խնդիրներից մեկն է մեր պետության:
Բացի այդ բոլորիս համար էլ գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանում մեծ խնդիր է բնակարան ձեռք բերելը ու բազում նորաստեղծ ընտանիքներ հնարավորություն չեն ունենում ձեռք բերել բնակարաններ, քանի որ դրանց գները բավական բարձր են: Սակայն այս տոնի կապակցությամբ Գ. Ծառուկյանի կողմից հայտարարվեց, որ սկսվելու է իրականացվել մեծամասշտաբ նախաձեռնություն, մասնավորապես Աբովյան քաղաքում, երիտասարդ ընտանիքների համար, աննախադեպ պայմաններով սոցիալական բնակարանաշինության ծրագիր կիրականացվի: Սա ոչ միայն նպաստավոր է Աբովյանի համար, այլև շատ այլ քաղաքներում բնակվող մարդկանց համար, նույնիսկ երևանցիների: Բազում երևանցիներ ուղղակի հոգնել են քաղաքի գերհագեցվածությունից ու շատերը նույնիսկ դեմ չեն լինի տեղափոխվել Երևանից դուրս, իսկ ամենահարմար տարբերակը տվյալ դեպքում հենց Աբովյան քաղաքան է: Բացի այդ տվյալ բնակարաշինության արդյունքում, մոտավորապես 1000 ընտանիքից ավել ընտանիք հնարավորություն կունենան բնակարան ձեռք բերել ու սա հերթական այն քայլերից մեկն է հանդիսանալու, որով հնարավոր կլինի Հայաստանում կասեցնել արտագաղթը, որը դարձել է այն խնդիրներից մեկը, որը գտնվում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
