«Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի անդրադարձը և իր առաջարկած Հռչակագիրը համաժողովրդական շարժում ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ:
«Խիստ ողջունելի է այս շրջանում գործընկեր կուսակցությունների հրապարակախոսությունը՝ ինչ էլ լինեն դրա դրդապատճառները: Իսկապես, ժամն է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացին և մեր հասարակությունը տեղեկացված լինեն ընթացիկ գործընթացների մասին, և որ քաղաքական անխտիր բոլոր ուժերն անցում կատարեն փակ պայմանավորվածություններից դեպի ժողովրդի համար թափանցիկ որոշումներ:
Ելնելով սրանից և նկատի առնելով այս տարվա ու, մասնավորապես, անցած ամիսների երևացող և չերևացող զարգացումները, ինչպես նաև վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում հրապարակված՝ կուսակցական և այլ տեսակետները, առաջ շարժվելու համար անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում հետևյալ կամ համարժեք փաստաթղթի պաշտոնական ընդունումն ու ստորագրումը:

Հռչակագիր Համաժողովրդական շարժման
Մենք, ի կատար հայ ազգի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների կամքի, հայտարարում ենք Համաժողովրդական շարժման ստեղծման մասին:
Շարժման հիմնական նպատակն ազատ, անկախ և սահմանադրական Հանրապետության հաստատումն է:
Դրան հասնելու հիմնական միջոցն է անհապաղ, ամբողջական և համակարգային իշխանափոխությունը՝ նախագահական ու խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների հրամայականով, որի միակ թիրախը ժողովրդին և քաղաքացուն պատկանող հաշվետու, իրավակարգ իշխանության ձևավորումն է:
Այս ուղղությամբ Շարժումը պատրաստ է դիմելու սահմանադրական բոլոր եղանակներին՝ մասնավորապես Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքով մեկ գործարկելով կենտրոնակայաններ (շտաբներ) ու զորակցման օղակներ, հաստատելով համապետական նշանակության քաղաքական խորհուրդ և հարակից այլ մարմիններ:
Շարժմանը վերաբերող բոլոր որոշումներն ընդունվում են բացառապես մեր միակարծության (consensus-ի) հիման վրա:
Շարժումը բաց է յուրաքանչյուր հայի ու հայաստանցու առջև:
Ուստի հանուն Հայրենիքի, մեր ժողովրդի և նրա ապագայի, մենք ստորագրում ենք սույն Հռչակագիրը մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի –ին»:
Հ.Գ.՝ Եվ ոչ միայն: Սերժ, Բակո, Սեյրան, Մովսես, տղերք՝ մի մասդ դե յուրե, մյուսդ դե ֆակտո, արդեն գրեթե միևնույնն է: Արցախի պետականության հռչակումից 23 տարի անց՝ քանի ուղղաթիռներ, սպաներ, զինվորներ, հայ մարդիկ պետք է թշնամու գնդակից ու «դիվանագիտությունից» զգետնվեն, որ վերջապես հասկանաք ՁԵՐ և ՄԵՐ մեղքն ու սխալը՝ թե ներքին, թե արտաքին: Խոնարհվում ենք նրանց առջև:
Պետք է անմիջապես ճանաչել Արցախն ու իր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և լծվել համազգային զորախմբման, իսկ դրա համար, կարող է ցավալի լինել, բայց հարկ է վեընթերցել վերոնշյալ հրամայականը:
