Մինչ հայաստանյան մամուլում պարբերաբար դեռևս հայտնվում էին արձագանքներ մի քանի օր առաջ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձնական հեղինակության շնորհիվ Հայաստան տեղափոխված աշխարհում խոշորագույն մայնինգ ֆերմայի, իսկ ընդամենը մի քանի օր անց սիրիացի խոշոր գործարարի հետ արդյունաբերական քաղաքի հիմնադրման մասով, արդեն երեկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ Հայաստանում կայացավ "Ներդրումներ և առևտուր" միջազգային համաժողովը: Համաժողովին մասնակցում էին աշխարհի 20 երկրների պատվիրակություններ, ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Սա, ի դեպ, Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի և ԲՀԿ նախագահի ներդրումային խոշոր ձեռնարկին համատեղ 2-րդ մասնակցությունն է վերջին 10 օրվա ընթացքում: 
Թերևս միայն այս հանգամանքը բավական է ընդգծելու համար այն կարևորությունը, որ ունի ներդրումային նոր քաղաքականության այս կոնցեպտը, որը կյանքի է կոչվել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հանդեպ անձնական վստահության շնորհիվ: 
Մոտեցման ակնհայտ փոփոխություն է նկատվում նաև Փաշինյանի դիրքորոշման մեջ: Վերջինս՝ ի դեմս Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, համագործակցում է պետականամետ և ազգի նվիրյալ մի գործչի հետ, ով իր ողջ գործունեությամբ միշտ ծառայել է ժողովրդին: Նման համաժողովներում երկրի բարձրագույն դեմքի՝ տվյալ դեպքում Փաշինյանի ներկայությունը, և այն էլ արդեն երկրորդ անգամ, հստակ մեսիջ է միջազգային արենային, որ այն Հայաստանում, որտեղ այլևս կոռուպցիան տեղ չունի, կատարված ներդրումների երաշխավորը նաև պետությունն է, և որ պետությունը ըստ արժանվույն է գնահատում Ծառուկյան գործչի ավանդը մեր երկրի տնտեսական և քաղաքական կյանքում:
«Մենք ցանկանում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քաջալերել աշխատանքը, հաջողությունը և յուրաքանչյուր ներդրողի ասում ենք՝ եկեք գործեք Հայաստանում, հարստացեք և հարստացրեք: Մենք հրավիրում ենք յուրաքանչյուր ներդրողի Հայաստան՝ հաջողություններ ունենալու և հաջողություններով ոգեշնչելու, ոգևորելու ուրիշներին»,- նշեց Փաշինյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ ի դեմս իրեն, ներդրողները չունեն մրցակից:
Եվ այսպես, ձևավորվում է կայուն մի տանդեմ, որը առաջիկա տարիներին ձևավորելու է Հայաստանի տնտեսական և քաղաքական գաղափարաբանությունը:
