Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Աստանայում կմասնակցի ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստին

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստը կկայանա  նոյեմբերի 8-ին, Աստանայում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է ՀԱՊԿ պաշտոնական կայքը: Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի կազմում ներգրավված են կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների՝ Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Տաջիկստանի ղեկավարները: Նշվում է, որ նիստի ընթացքում Հայաստանը կներկայացնի Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Մի շարք հարցեր երկրների ղեկավարները կքննարկեն նեղ կազմով: Օրակարգային մյուս հարցերին անդրադարձ կլինի պլենար նիստի ընթացքում, որին կմասնակցեն երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարները, պաշտպանության նախարարները, անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարները, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Սեմերիկովը:

Մինչ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստը կկայանա արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի, պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի, անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարների հանձնաժողովի  համատեղ նիստը, որի ընթացքում նախատեսված է 24 հարցի քննարկում, որից 15-ը կներկայացվեն կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների ղեկավարների քննարկմանը:

Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամները կքննարկեն միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության, ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների միջև կազմակերպության շրջանակներում և միջազգային ասպարեզում փոխգործակցության հետ կապված հարցեր:

Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ 2018-2019թթ համար ՀԱՊԿ-ում նախագահությունը ստանձնելու է  Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետությունը՝ Ղրղզստանի նախագահ Սորոնբայ Ժենբեկովը կներկայացնի նախագահության ընթացքումն երկրի առաջնահերթությունները:
