Երևանի ավագանու Լուսավոր Հայաստան խմբակցության անդամ Անի Սամսոնյանը գրառում է արել, որ Աբովյան 5/5 հասցեում շինարարություն է կասեցվել: Ավագանու անդամը նման գրառում է կատարել խնդրին բացարձակ ծանոթ չլինելով ,քանզի եթե նա իրականում իմանար ինչի մասին է խոսքը նման մեկնաբանություն երբեք չէր կատարի: Բանն այն է, որ «Մուլտի Գրուպ Կոնցեռն» ընկերությունը շինարարություն է իրականացնում Աբովյան 5/5 հասցեում, իսկ ոմանք դա փորձում են ներկայացնել որպես ապօրինի շինարարություն: Իսկ իրականությունը հետևյալնն է՝ այնտեղ դասական մուտիլովկա է, այսպես ասած փողի բազառ, որի գլախավոր դերում հարակից տարածքի սեփականատերն է: Ցանկության դեպքում ավագանու անդամները այդ մասին ևս կարող են իմանալ կամ միգուցե արդեն գիտեն,բայց ցանկություն չունեն այդ մասին բարձրաձայնելու ինչն էլ թույլ է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ որոշ շահագրգիռ ավագանու անդամներ ընդամենը շարունակում են մուտիլովկաների շարքը, իսկ թե ինչումն է նրանց շահագրգռվածությունը թողնում եմ ընթերցողի դատին:
