ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել ՀՀ մարզպետների մասնակցությամբ։ 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախքան օրակարգային հիմնական հարցերին անցնելը՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը մարզպետների հատուկ ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել առաջիկայում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների վրա՝ ընդգծելով դրանց լիարժեք պատրաստված և կազմակերպված մոտենալու անհրաժեշտությունը։

Այնուհետև Սուրեն Պապիկյանն ամփոփել է նախորդ խորհրդակցությունների արդյունքում մարզպետներին տրված հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքը և կառավարչական գործունեության պատշաճ կազմակերպման տեսանկյունից առանցքային համարել դրանց նկատմամբ պատասխանատվությամբ և սրտացավությամբ վերաբերվելու հրամայականը։

Անդրադառնալով խորհրդակցության օրակարգային բաղադրիչ հանդիսացող համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրմանը՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը մարզպետների առջև խնդիր է դրել անհատական կերպով աշխատել բոլոր համայնքապետերի հետ, բացատրական աշխատանքներ տանել բնակչության շրջանում առ այն, որ հողի հարկի ու գույքահարկի գծով պետության կողմից չի լինելու որևէ զիջում՝ ինչը պայմանավորված է օրենքի և պետական բյուջեի առջև ունեցած պարտավորությունների կատարման անխուսափելիությամբ։ 
Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ներկաներին հայտնել է, որ ընթացիկ տարվա սուբվենցիոն ծրագրային հայտերի նախապատրաստման և ֆինանսական պլանավորման գործընթացում առաջացած տեխնիկական ու ընթացակարգային բարդություններից խուսափելու նպատակով, նախարարության կողմից հաջորդ տարվա համար կմշակվեն հայտերի կազմման և ներկայացման նորացված ընթացակարգեր։

Խոսելով մարզային (տեղական) նշանակության ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհների ընթացիկ ձմեռային պահպանման նպատակով տարվող նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների մասին՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը մարզպետներին հանձնարարել է կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ուսումնասիրել յուրաքանչյուր կոնկրետ մարզում այդ ծառայությունները մատուցող կազմակերպությունների կողմից նախորդ տարիներին կատարված աշխատանքների որակը ու դրանց ծախսարդյունավետությունը։ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը հորդորել է խստապահանջ գտնվել ձմռան շրջանում ճանապարհները մաքուր պահելու և երթևեկության համար անվտանգ պայմաններ ստեղծելու հարցում։

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ի թիվս այլ հարցերի քննարկվել են նաև մարզային և համայնքային ենթակայության կազմակերպություններում ջեռուցման համակարգերի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին, ինչպես նաև մարզերի առողջապահական կազմակերպություններում կուտակված պարտքերի նախադրյալների բացահայտմանը վերաբերող հարցեր։
