Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացել, որ մի քաղաքացի տարիքը լրանալու կապակցությամբ թոշակ ձևակերպելու նպատակով այցելել է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Շենգավիթի տարածքային սոցիալական ապահովության բաժին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հաստատության ղեկավար Լևոն Պետրոսյանն ու գլխավոր մասնագետ Աննա Սեդրակյանը ասումնասիրել են դիմողի փաստաթղթերը և պատճառաբանել, որ նրան չի բավարարում երկու տարվա աշխատանքային ստաժ։ Այս հանգամանքը անտեսելու և թոշակը ձևակերպելու համար դիմողից պահանջել են 100.000 դրամ կաշառք, որն ինքը խոստացել է տալ մեկ ամիս հետո՝ նոյեմբերի սկզբին։

Օպերատիվ տվյալները ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո ոստիկանության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման, Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունների ու Շենգավիթի բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկեցին օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ։ Արդյունքում՝ սոցիալական ապահովության Շենգավիթի տարածքային բաժնում բաժնի ղեկավարն ու առաջատար մասնագետը բռնվել են պահանջված կաշառքը ստանալու պահին և բերման ենթարկվել։ 

Կաշառքի առարկա գումարը առգրավվել է։ Դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Կատարվածի հանգամանքները պարզվում են։
