Արդյունաբերական քաղաքը, որը կառուցվում է Առինջում, Հայաստանի համար նոր դռներ է բացում դեպի Եվրոպա, Ռուսաստան ու ԱՄՆ։
Հոկտեմբերի 6-ին՝ արդյունաբերական քաղաքի 13 գործարաններից ևս 2-ի բացումն էր։ «Մուլտի Սոլար» և «Մուլտի Գրուպ Տեքստիլ» գործարանների շահագործման հանձնելը ազդարարեց նոր դարաշրջանի սկիզբը՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար։ 
Նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ դեռ երբեք այս կարգի ուշադրության կենտրոնում չէր եղել թեթև արդյունաբերությանը, ու հետևաբար ներքին սպառման համար անհրաժեշտ արտադրանքը ներկրվում էր մեծ մասամբ Թուրքիայից, ու Ռուսաստանից։ Նպատակ ունենալով փոքրացնել ներկրման ծավալները ու զարկ տալ ներքին արտադրանքին, Ծառուկյանը ձեռնամուխ եղավ «Մուլտի Գրուպ Տեքստիլ» գործարանների բացմանը, այդ հարցում նրան աջակցում է սիրիական «Սաբախ» գրուպը: Ծառուկյանի և սիրիահայ գործարարի ներդրումների շնորհիվ բացված գործարանը աշխատանքով է ապահովում հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիների։ 
Երկրորդ բացված գործարանը «Մուլտի Սոլար»-ն է։ «Մուլտի Սոլար»-ը զբաղվելու է արևային համակարգերի արտադրությամբ, տեղադրմամբ։ Գործարանի բացման գլխավոր նպատակը Հայաստանում ալտերնատիվ էներգիայի աղբյուրի ստեղծումն ու հոսանքի գնի աստիճանաբար իջեցումն է։ «Մուլտի Սոլար» գործարանի բացումը կստեղծի մրցունակ պայմաններ հոսանքի գնի համար։ Այս պահին ՀԷԿ-երի արտադրած հոսանքի 1 ԿՎ-ի համար քաղաքացին վճարում է 45 դրամ, իսկ արևային համակարգի տեղադրումից հետո այն դառնալու է 25-30 դրամ։ Նույնիսկ դժվար է թվարկել այս գործարանի բացման դրական ազդեցությունները, սակայն կարելի է առանձնացնել դրանցից մի քանիսը։ Նախ հոսանքի գնի իջեցումը կբերի մի շարք առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների գների նվազման։ Երկրորդ դրական կողմը՝ Հայաստանում արևային էներգիայի ստացման համար արտադրված համակարգերը արտահանվելու են ԱՄՆ, Ռուսաստան, համագործակցության համար «Մուլտի Սոլար»-ին դիմել են նաև Սիրիայի և Եգիպտոսի գործարարները։ Եվս մեկ դրական կողմ՝ 10 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրման արդյունքում բացված գործարանը ստեղծում է 200 աշխատատեղ։
Այսպիսով, մեր երկրի արտադրանքը արտահանվում է, Հայաստանը մրցունակ է դառնում արտաքին շուկայում, իսկ ներքին՝ աշխատանքի շուկայում, առաջ է գալիս նոր մասնագետների պահանջարկ։ 
Ծառուկյանի խոստացած տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը՝ «Մուլտի Սոլար» և «Մուլտի Գրուպ» Տեքստիլ գործարանների բացմամբ շարունակում է հաղթարշավը։
