Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը (ՀԱՊԿ) քննարկել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին՝ Աստանայում կայացած գագաթնաժողովին որպես հյուր հրավիրելու հարցը, սակայն հայկական կողմը դեմ է եղել այդ առաջարկին: Այս մասին գրում է «Коммерсантъ»-ը՝ հղում անելով Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին մասնակցած աղբյուրներին:

Պարբերականի զրուցակիցները հայտնել են, որ Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի այս առաջարկին կողմ են եղել նաև որոշ այլ ղեկավարներ, այդ թվում՝ Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն, իսկ Ալիևը պատրաստ էր մեկնել Աստանա, սակայն այս առաջարկին դեմ է հանդես եկել հայկական կողմը:

«Դաշինքի մասը չկազմող պետությունների ղեկավարները կարող են մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջոցառումներին, եթե կազմակերպության բոլոր անդամները համաձայնեն», - պարզաբանել է «Коммерсантъ»-ի՝ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետություններից մեկի պատվիրակության բարձաստիճան ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող զրուցակիցը՝ հավելելով, որ այս հարցում կոնսենսուսի չեն հասել:

Ալիևի հրավերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը մեկնաբանելու «Коммерсантъ»-ի խնդրանքին ի պատասխան ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը նշել է. «Մենք նման տեղեկություն չունենք»:
