armiya.az-ը գրում է, որ թուքակական խորհրդարանի հայ պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը հանդես է եկել Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության սուր քննադատությամբ և հայտարարել, որ Անկարայի կողմից С-400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերի ձեռք բերումը խփում է Թուրքիայի բյուջեին: Ըստ նրա, եթե պետությունը հրաժարվի այդ գնումից, ապա հնարավոր կլինի բարձրացնել ուսանողների կրթաթոշակը 30%-ով, իսկ աշխատավարձերը՝ 25%-ով:

Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի մերձեցումը, մանավանդ Անկարայի կողմից С-400 զենիթա-հրթիռային համակարգերի ձեռք բերման առումով, դժգոհություն է առաջացրել ԱՄՆ-ում և ՆԱՏՕ-ում, որոնք այդ առիթով մեծացրել են ճնշումը թուրքակական ղեկավարության վրա, կարելի է ամբողջ պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարել, որ Կարո Փայլյանը իրենից ներկայացնում է ոչ միայն պոպուլիստ, այլ նաև «հինգերորդ շարասյան» անդամ, որը պատրաստ է իր արտասահմանցի համակարգողների պահանջով դաշույն հասցնել իրեն ապաստանած երկրի թիկունքին: Այս ամենի հետ համաձայնեց նաև ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Ալեքսեյ Խլոպոնինը armiya.az-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում: Ըստ նրա, նաև անհնար է, որ С-400 չգնելը հնարավորություն տա 25%-ով բարձրացնել աշխատավարձերը, դա այնպիսի դասական պոպուլիստական հայտարարություն է, ինչպիսին ժամանակին եղել է այն, որ սպառազինությունների մրցավազքը քայքայեց ԽՍՀՄ-ը: Խլոպոնինը կարծում է նաև, որ ԱՄՆ-ը ներկայումս կատաղի կերպով պայքարում է, որ այս գործարքը չիրականանա, քանի որ այդ դեպքում Թուրքիան պետք է արդեն ընտրություն կատարի՝ ինքը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ է, թե՞ Ռուսաստանի: Սա փաստորեն ՆԱՏՕ-ի փլուզման առաջին քայլը կարող է լինել: Հարցն այն է, որ այդ կազմակերպությունը իր լավագույն ժամանակները չի ապրում: Հետևաբար ԱՄՆ-ը փորձում է գործադրել ամեն ինչ այս գործարքը խափանելու համար: Ռազմական փորձագետը համոզված է նաև, որ Փայլանի նման քաղաքական գործիչները դժվար թե կարողանան ինչ-որ բան փոխել: Փայլյանի հայտարարությունը աշխատավարձերի մասին ընդամենը խաղ է մարդկանց տրամադրությունների վրա, բայց երևում է՝ ոչ այնքան հաջող: Պետք չէ համարել քո երկրի բնակիչներին ժլատ ապուշներ, մեծամասնությամբ դա այդպես չի լինում:
