ԿԸՀ-ն ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու հրավիրեց 2 միջազգային կազմակերպության

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը դեկտեմբերի 9-ին կայանալիք ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու հրավիրեց երկու միջազգային կազմակերպության: ԿԸՀ-ն այս մասին որոշում կայացրեց նոյեմբերի 15-ի արտահերթ նիստում:
 
«ԿԸՀ-ում ստացվել է երկու օտարերկրյա կազմակերպություններից դիմում, որոնցով վերջիններս խնդրել են ԿԸՀ-ին հավատարմագրվելու որպես դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող կազմակերպություններ: Նշված դիմումներից մեկը ներկայացվել է «Ազատություն և ժողովրդավարության նախաձեռնությունների աջակցություն» օտարերկրյա հասարակական կազմակերպության կողմից, մյուսը` «Ընտրությունները մշտադիտարկող կազմակերպությունների եվրոպական ցանց» օտարերկրյա հասարակական կազմակերպությունից: Նշված կազմակերպությունն ունի ընտրական գործընթացները դիտարկելու փորձառություն»,- նշեց Մուկուչյանը:
 
Նիստի ընթացքում ԿԸՀ-ն նաև իրականացրեց ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում ԱԺ խմբակցությունների կողմից նշանակվող նախագահների ու քարտուղարների վիճակահանությունը:
 
Հայաստանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կայանալու են 2018թ-ի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, նախընտրական քարոզարշավը կմեկնարկի նոյեմբերի 26-ից։ Կուսակցությունների ու կուսակցությունների դաշինքների գրանցումը ԿԸՀ-ն կիրականացնի մինչև նոյեմբերի 19-ը, ժամը 18։00-ն։ Քարոզչության ժամանակահատվածը նոյեմբերի 26-ից դեկտեմբերի 7-ն է։ Ընտրական օրենսգրքով սահմանվել է 12-օրյա ժամկետ:
