SOS. Երեկ Հայաստանի սահմանի պռնկին ծվարած Բարեկամավան գյուղում էի: Գյուղում մարդիկ ապրում են անմարդկային պայմաններում: Խմելու ջուր չկա, ոռոգման ջուր ՝ ևս: Գյուղը մշտապես ադրբեջանական նշանառուների թիրախում է: Գյուղին հիմնականում օգնում է ՀՀ ՊՆ նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:Ի դեպ, առանց «զուռնա դհոլի»: Մնացած հարցերում անտերություն է: Այնքան, որ նունիսկ Orange կապի ծառայությունը այդ տարածքում անհասանելի է, այսինքն հասանելի է բայց վրացական ծառայությունների միջոցով և ռոմինգի գներով: Եւ մինչ մեր որոշ պաշտոնյաներ, փողատեր պատգամավորների, էլիտայի ներկայացուցիչներ ֆոտոսեսիաներ են անում դիրքերում, այստեղ մարդիկ կենած մահու պայքար են տանում իրենց հողում ապրելու և մահանալու համար:
Խորհուրդ կտամ այդ նույն բարձրաստիճան այրերին,գնան և մեկ օր էլ ապրեն գղում՝ գյուղացու կողքին: Զգան սահմանապահ գյուղացու հոգեբանությունը, խմեն այն նույն՝ աղի ջրից , որի համար գյուղացին կյանքը վտագելով հասնում է նշանառուի կրակափողի տակ գտնվող աղբյուրին և ահը սրտում ջուր կրում: Եթե շտապ միջոցներ ձեռք չառնվեն , ապա գյուղը չի դիմանա այս անտարբերությանը, որը արհավիրքի պես կախվել է յուրաքանչյուր օջախի գլխին: Ասածիս իմաստը այն է, որ դադարեցնենք սոցցանցերում հարենասիրական ճոռոմաբանությունը, իջնենք իրականություն և փորձենք ինչ որ կերպ օգտակար լինել մեր սահմանապահ հայրենակիցներին: Նրանք ևս «դիրքերում» են, նրաց տները դիրքերից ոչնչով չեն տարբերվում: Այս գրառման իմաստը նրանում է, որ սթափվենք և եթե յուրաքանչյուրս մեր հնարավորությունների չափով փորձենք օգտակար դառնալ, գյուղում կարելի է վիճակ փոխել: Ես, իհարկե, կգրեմ այս մասին բայց նախընտրեցի դիմել Ֆեյսբուքի իմ ընկերներին, որովհետև հիմա գրածներին ուշադրություն չեն դարձնում, ավելին՝ ասում են , թե մենք՝ լրագրողներս, միայն վատն ենք տեսնում: Ինչ արած, խառը ժամանակներ են , հոռի բարքեր….Բայց եթե յուրաքանչյուրս որոշենք , օրեկան մեկ տուփ սիգարետի , ծամոնի կամ երևանյան սրճարանների գնացուցակի համաձայն , մեկ գավաթ սուրճի գումար «զոհաբերենք», միգուցե կարողանանք բերքաբերցու «մատից փուշ հանել»: Այդ մարդիկ այսօր անտեսված են, լքված և անճար:
Շուտով սեպտեմբերի 1-ն է և Բարեկամավանի երեխաները նորից դպրոց են հաճախելու: Դպրոց, որում չկա սանհանգույց, չկա ջուր, չկա շենքը տաքացնելու հնարավորություն, տանիքը ամբողջովին գնդակոծված է, ապակիները փշրված, պատերը ծակծակված փամփուշտներից: Խնդիրները շատ են , համարյա նման են անհատակ դույլի, բայց հնարավոր է, ինչ որ բան անել…միգուցե դրանից հետո շարժվի մյուսների գութը…
