 «Հայավտոկայան» ՓԲԸ-ն դրվել է մասնավորեցման պլանի մեջ, ինչը ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հակոբ Արշակյանն անընդունելի ռազմավարական սխալ է համարում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հակոբ Արշակյանն ասաց, որ պլան է եղել սեփականաշնորհել «Կիլիկիա» ավտոկայանը, «Հյուսիսային» եւ «Սասունցի Դավիթ» ավտոկայանները: «Հարցով գործընթացներ են սկսվել, և աշխատում են այն ուղղությամբ, որ պետգույքի հաշվեկշռից բերեն պետական հաշվեկշիռ»,-ասաց նա:

Նա նշեց, որ կենտրոնական երթուղիների երթուղային ցանց կստեղծվի ամբողջ Հայաստանի տարածքով, որը նաև ինտեգրված կլինի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի քաղաքի կենտրոնացված ցանցին: «Ձևական կտրոնների ինստիտուտը մենք վերացնում ենք: Նույն վճարի դիմաց մեքենաներն անցնելու են պատշաճ տեխզննություն: Ղեկային և արգելակման համակարգերի հետ կապված կոմպրոմիսներ չեն ինելու և այդ տեխզննության կետերում փորձելու ենք նաև կազմակերպել, որ հերթեր չգոյանա»,-հավելեց նա:

Երկաթուղու մասով էլ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարն ասաց, որ ռազմավարություն է մշակվում միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումների, ինչպես նաև ներքին միջազգային ուղևորափոխադրումների մասով: «Սևանի զարգացման ծրագրի շրջանակներում ևս մեկ էլեկտրական, արդիականացված արագընթաց գնացք կներդրի, ինչպես Երևան-Գյումրիի դեպքում:Դա կդառնա մեր տուրիզմի և Սևանի զարգացման ծրագրի հիմնական բաղկացուցիչ մասերից մեկը»,-նշեց նա:

Անդրադառնալով այն հրապարակումներին, որ նախարարը մամուլի ամփոփիչ ասուլիսը կազմակերպել է թանկարժեք հյուրանոցում, Հակոբ Արշակյանն ասաց, որ մամուլի ասուլիսի հյուրանոցում կազմակերպման պատճառը համապատասխան տեխնիկան էր՝ հաշվետվությունը ներկայացնելու համար, ինչի ծախսերը հոգացել է սեփական միջոցներից:
