Հայաստանում հետհեղափոխական տրամադրությունները թերևս նշանավորվում և կարևորվում են այն համատեքստում, որ դրան պետք է անմիջապես հաջորդի տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը: Այսինքն երկիրը քաղաքական ճգնաժամից դուրս բերելուց, քաղաքական մոնոպոլիան կոտրելուց հետո, նոր շրջափուլ է սկսվում, երբ գործընթացը շղթայական կերպով շարունակվում է և հարկավոր է նաև ՀՀ տնտեսությունը ազատել կապանքներից և այդ բլոկում ևս իրականացնել հեղափոխություն: 
Տնտեսական հեղափոխության մոդելի ու դրա իրականացման տեսլականների մասին բարձրաձայնվեց հեղափոխության ուժ հանդիսացող ԲՀԿ-ի ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից, ով կարևորելով երկրում իրականացված հեղափոխությունը, շեշտեց նաև տնտեսական հեղափոխության կարևորության մասին: Պահը խորհրդանշական էր այն առումով, որ այդ հայտարարությունն արվեց «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագիրը կրող համաժողովին, որն ուներ նպատակ «ինվեստրներին» ներկայացնել Հայաստանում ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակը և տալ երաշխիքներ՝ ներդրումներ կատարելու համար: 
Պետք է առանձնահատուկ նշել, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի միջազգային հարթակներում ունեցած անձնական հեղինակություն էր այս պարագայում այն լոկոմոտիվը, շարժիչ ուժը, որը կուղորդի օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին իրականացնել ներդրումներ Հայաստանում: Բացի այդ, Ծառուկյանի ներդրումային քաղաքականությունն էլ ավելի արդյունավետ դարձավ այն պահից սկսած, երբ նա իր անձնական օրինակով սկսեց ցույց տալ արտաքին աշխարհին, որ Հայաստանը ներդրումների առումով ապահով երկիր է և որ ինքն անձամբ է երաշխավորում այդ ներդրումների անվտանգությունը: Արդյունաբերական քաղաքի հիմնման գաղափարն ու իրականացված գործողություններն ամբողջությամբ այդ տրամաբանության մեջ էին, երբ նախատեսվում է կառուցել 10-13 գործարան և դա այն դեպքում, երբ արդեն իսկ կան գործարաններ և արտադրամաս, որոնք այսօր արդեն իսկ գործում են: Դրանք են տեքստիլի արտադրության գործարանը, արևային վահանակների արտադրության գործարանն ու կրիպտոարժույթի արդատրությամբ զբաղվող ֆերման:
Ապագայում՝ 2020 թվականին, նախատեսված է նաև սիլիցիումի՝ երկաթի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող գործարանի կառուցում, որի համար ներդրվելու է մոտ 1 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Այսինքն Ծառուկյանի պատկերացրած տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը հաստատուն քայլերով ընթացքի մեջ է և օրօրի այն ավելի ընդգրկուն է դառնում, հաշվի առնելով օտարերկրյա գործարարների հետաքրքրվածությունը ու ներդրումներ կատարելու պատրաստակամությունը: 
Այո վերջնական արդյունքի հասնելու համար, երկիրը նոր զարգացման և բարգավաճման մակարդակի բերելու համար, հարկավոր է նաև հետևողականություն դրսևորել տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնելու գործում, ինչը և անում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, իսկ արդյունքները բնականաբար արտահայտվելու են տնտեսական աճով, որը կլինի իրական և հուսանք նաև երկնիշ, եթե այս տեմպերով առաջ շարժվենք:
