Հեղափոխությունը քաղաքական կյանքին նոր ընթացք հաղորդեց, և տարբեր անհատներ իրենց փոքրաթիվ համախոհների հետ ունեն շատ մեծ հավակնություններ, սակայն օբյեկտիվորեն չունենալով փորձ,գիտելիքներ, ապագան կառուցելու վերաբերյալ որևէ ծրագիր, անամոթաբար փորձում են այնպես անել, որ հեղինակավոր անձանց ստվերը իրենց ևս ընդգրկի: Այս ճանապարհով է գնում « Ազգային առաջընթաց » կուսակցության առաջին համար Լուսինե Հարոյանը : Խոսելով նոր քաղաքական իրավիճակի մասին նա կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ ոչինչ չի փոխվել և նախկին օլիգարխիկ համակարգը պահպանվում է ակնարկելով ԲՀԿ-ի մասնակցությունը : Եթե նրա դասախոսները իմանան «օլիգարխիա» տերմինի նրա մեկնաբանությունը խորը հիասթափություն կապրեն, քանզի որևիցէ պաշտոն չզբաղեցրած անձը պարզապես չի կարող « օլիգարխ » համարվել, իսկ հարյուր հազարավոր ցույցերից հետո խոսել « օլիգարխիայի » առկայության մասին, որը նշանակում է « քչերի իշխանություն» պարզապես անգրագիտություն է և նրա քաղաքական սնանկության արտահայտությունն է: Խոսելով խորհրդարանական գործունեության մասին նա ևս ակնարկել է ԲՀԿ-ին, նրա գործունեության մեջ նշմարելով ներկուսակցական շահերի սպասարկում: Չնկատելով այն բոլոր նախաձեռնությունները որոնցով առաջարկվում էր ազատել բոլոր հարկերից փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը, խրախուսել գյուղատնտեսությունը և այլ ծրագրեր որի շահառուն հասարակության ամենաներքին շերտն է և վերաբերում է հարյուր հազարավոր մարդկանց, այստեղ ևս « Ազգային առաջընթացը » իր դերում է: Ինչևիցե, անվանի մարդկանց հաշվին ինքնահաստատվելու երևույթը տարածված է, բայց նման մեթոդներով քաղաքականություն ներթափանցելու բոլոր փորձերը չեն կարող արդյունք տալ և դատապարտված են անհաջողության:
