Ֆինանսների նախարարության օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների, ինչպես նաև տեղափոխվող ապրանքների ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի առկայությունն ու ճշտությունը ստուգելու նպատակով վարչության աշխատակիցներն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ են իրականացրել խոշոր հարկ վճարողների տեսչությունում հաշվառված «Ալեքս Գրիգ» ՍՊԸ-ում: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, արտաքին դիտարկմամբ պարզվել է, որ ընկերությանը պատկանող «Կամազ» մակնիշի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայով առաքում էր իրականացվել Երևանի Տիչինայի փողոցի 136 հասցեում գտնվող «Արմսվիթ» ՍՊԸ-ի պահեստ:
Շաքարավազի բեռնաթափման պահին օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցներն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով բեռն ուղեկցող փաստաթուղթ են պահանջել. տեղափոխման բեռնագրում «Ալեքս Գրիգ» ընկերության կողմից, ըստ դուրս գրված հարկային հաշվի, «Արմսվիթ»-ին մատակարարվել է 2500 կգ ընդհանուր քաշով շաքարավազի հումք, սակայն իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ «Արմսվիթ»-ի պահեստում արդեն իսկ բեռնաթափվել էր 5500կգ հումք: Այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ «Ալեքս Գրիգ»-ն իրականում դուրս էր գրել 2500կգ շաքարավազի հարկային հաշիվ, սակայն փաստացի առաքել էր 5500կգ, որից 3000կգ, ըստ ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի, պետք է տեղափոխվեր «Ալեքս Գրիգ» ընկերության մանրածախ վաճառքի կետ:
Մեկ այլ դեպքով էլ' օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված միջոցառումներով, Երևան քաղաքի Աշտարակի խճուղի 1 հասցեում զննման է ենթարկվել անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Սարգիս Աղումյանին պատկանող «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի բեռնախցիկում, առանց համապատասխան ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի, հայտնաբերվել է վաճառքի ենթակա ավելի քան 1 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ մսամթերք:
Երկու դեպքով էլ հայտնաբերված խախտումների վերաբերյալ կատարվում են հաշվարկներ' պետությանը պատճառած վնասի չափը ճշտելու համար:
