ՕԵԿ-ը քարոզարշավ է իրականացրել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում

Դեկտեմբերի  3-ին Օրինաց երկիր կուսակցությունը նախընտրական քարոզարշավ է իրականացրել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՕԵԿ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՕԵԿ նախագահ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանին դիմավորելու էին եկել աղ ու հացով: Մարտունի քաղաքում պատգամավորության թեկնածուներ առաջադրված Սիմոն Հակոբյանը և Մանուչար Սիմոնյանը ՕԵԿ նախագահին ներկայացնելով տեղի կառույցի ընթացիկ աշխատանքները, նշեցին որ  կենսունակ թիմ է ձևավորվել առաջիկա ընտրություններում լուրջ հաջողություն գրանցելու համար:   Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը իր ելույթում դիմելով   քաղաքացիներին   շեշտադրեց  մարզերում առկա հիմնախնդիրները և դրանց լուծման կարևորությունը:

«Հայաստանի մարզերում, գյուղական և քաղաքային համայքներում համաչափ զարգացման անհրաժեշտություն կա:  Աշխատատեղերի բացակայությունը ստիպում է  աշխատավոր մարդուն լքել իր բնակավայրը, կտրվել ընտանիքից՝  արտերկրում ապրուստը հոգալու պահանջով: Գործազրկության նվազեցման համար համակարգային քաղաքականության անհրաժեշտություն կա: Պետությունը պետք է նախաձեռնողական քաղաքականություն վարի հատկապես մարզերում բնակչության զբաղվածության և կենսամակարդակի բարձրացման խնդիրները լուծելու համար: Այն վայրերում, որտեղ գործազրկության մակարդակը ավելի բարձր է՝ աշխատատեղ ստեղծող գործարարաների համար ֆինանսական աջակցության մեխանիզմներ պետք է ստեղծվեն»:

ՕԵԿ քարոզարշավի հաջորդ կանգառը Վարդենիսն էր: ՕԵԿ վարկանիշային թեկնածուներից այստեղ էին Արա Ալոյանը և Արկադի Մարտիրոսյանը: Քաղաքի  և  հարակից գյուղերի բնակիչներին  և  ՕԵԿ տարածքային կառույցի ներկայացուցիչներին ուղված խոսքում Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ  նպատակ  ունեն շարունակել  կուսակցության խորհրդարանական աշխատանքի լավագույն ավանդույթները, որի արդյունքում  վերդարձվեցին շուրջ  212 հազար մարդկանց ավանդները, ստեղծվեցին անվճար մանկապարտեզներ, անվճար կրթությունը դարձավ հասանելի, ծնվող երեխաները պետությունից ստացան դրամական աջակցություն և այլն:

«Մենք մի շարք լուսավոր գաղափարներ ենք իրականացրել: Ձեր վստահության քվեն մեզ անհրաժեշտ է այդ գաղափարները շարունականան դարձնելու, ինչպես նաև մեր առաջ քաշած ծրագրային 50 դրույթները կյանքի կոչելու: Մենք երբեք կապ չենք  ունեցել արյան, թալանի և գողության հետ: Մեր խիղճը մաքուր է, ոգին ամուր, ունենք խելք ու փորձառություն երկրին հուզող խնդիրները լուծելու և առկա մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու համար»:
