Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին աշխատանքային այցով Բրյուսելում գտնվող արտգործնախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպեց Բելգիայի փոխվարչապետ, արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դիդիե Ռեյնդերսի հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարության լրատվության եւ հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչություից, բարձր գնահատելով երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում առկա ավանդական սերտ համագործակցությունը՝ երկու երկրների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները վերահաստատեցին պատրաստակամությունը՝ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու տարբեր բնագավառներում, մասնավորապես՝ առևտրատնտեսական ոլորտում հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացման և խորացման ուղղությամբ: Զրուցակիցները մտքեր փոխանակեցին փոխգործակցության օրակարգն առավել հարստացնելու հեռանկարների շուրջ՝ որպես առաջնային ուղղություններ առանձնացնելով նորարարության, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների և ստեղծագործ կրթության ոլորտները: Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Դիդիե Ռեյնդերսը գոհունակություն հայտնեցին միջազգային կառույցներում երկու երկրների միջև առկա համագործակցության և փոխադարձ աջակցության կապակցությամբ: Այս համատեքստում կարևորվեց միջազգային կազմակերպություններում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության օրակարգի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ ջանքերի ներդրումը, այդ թվում՝ եվրոպական կառույցների գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացման միջոցով:

ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման ուշադրության կենտրոնում էին նաև Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն օրակարգային հարցերը: Նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը համագործակցության նոր հնարավորություններ է ընձեռում Եվրոպական միության հետ:

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը գործընկերոջը ներկայացրեց Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին ներքաղաքական զարգացումները: Անդրադառնալով առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարն ընդգծեց Հայաստանի կառավարության հանձնառությունն ազատ, արդար և միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան ընտրական գործընթաց ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Կառավարության առաջնահերթությունների շարքում նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանն առանձնացրեց զարգացման օրակարգի առաջմղումը և այդ գործընթացում միջազգային գործընկերների, այդ թվում՝ ԵՄ և ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների կարևոր դերակատարությունը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում արծարծվեցին միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային օրակարգի մի շարք հրատապ հարցեր, մտքեր փոխանակվեցին Սիրայում տիրող իրավիճակի և Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ վերջին զարգացումների վերաբերյալ:

Նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանը Բելգիայի ԱԳ նախարարին ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը և մոտեցումները: Այս համատեքստում երկուստեք ընդգծվեց միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող միակ ձևաչափ հանդիացող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման կարևորությունը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Դիդիե Ռեյնդերսը ստորագրեցին «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Բելգիայի Թագավորության միջև դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների և հյուպատոսական հիմնարկների անձնակազմի ընտանիքի անդամների վարձատրվող աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ» համաձայնագիրը:
