Սա հայտարարված պատերազմ է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ, և այս պատերազմը հրահրածներին սպասվում է ջախջախիչ պարտություն: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով իր, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի ու ՀՔԾ պետի՝ Յուրի Խաչատուրովի և Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի մասին հեռախոսազրույցների ձայնագրության հրապարակմանը:

«Ինչո՞ւ է դա արվում, շատ պարզ մի պատճառով, որովհետև կոռումպացված համակարգը տեսնում է, որ իր շուրջ օղակը սեղմվում է: Նրանք տեսնում են, որ այն, ինչ մենք խոստացել էինք, այդ խոստումը քայլ առ քայլ իրականություն է դառնալու խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից անմիջապես հետո, և որևէ մեկը չի պլստալու»,- նշեց վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնեց, որ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին ԱԺ ամբիոնից անդրադարձել է գաղտնալսման առաջին մասի բովանդակությանը և ավելի շատ ինֆորմացիա է հաղորդել, քան երկու ձայնագրությունները միասին: Նրա խոսքով՝ գաղտնալսման ձայնագրության երկրորդ մասը մոնտաժված է:

«Այնտեղ կան դրվագներ, որոնց մասին ես իմ ելույթում պատմում եմ, և դա ուղղակի կտրտված և հանված է: Այդ խոսակցությունից հանված են այն դրվագները, երբ ԱԱԾ տնօրենն ինձ ասում է, որ դատավորը վախեցած է, ես էլ նրան ասում եմ՝ ի՞նչ է նշանակում՝ դատավորը վախեցած է, դուք ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն եք և պարտավոր եք ապահովել դատավորների անվտանգությունը և անկախությունը»,- ասաց Ն. Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի համոզմամբ՝ և՛ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի, և՛ ՀՔԾ պետի գործողությունները տեղավորվում են նրանց պաշտոնական գործառույթների շրջանակում:

«Որևէ կասկած չկա, որ սա հակահեղափոխության հերթական դրսևորում է, և որևէ կասկած չկա, որ հակահեղափոխությանը սպասվում է ջախջախիչ պարտություն: Կոռումպացված համակարգին սպասվում է ջախջախիչ պարտություն, իսկ կոռուպցիոներներին սպասվում են քրեական գործեր, կալանավորումներ, դատավճիռներ: Նրանք իրենց թալանած ամբողջը պետք է վերադարձնեն ժողովրդին, և առաջիկա ընտրություններում կոչ եմ անում քվեարկել հանուն դրա, քվեարկել իմ օգտին և դրանով ինձ պատվիրակել, որ այդ բոլոր կոռումպացվածներին բերենք դատարանի առաջ և նրանց փողերը վերադարձնենք բյուջե»,- հայտարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
