Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Միլանում Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպեց Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Թոմաս Գրեմինգերին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան ԵԱՀԿ 25-րդ նախարարական համաժողովի օրակարգին, ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակներում համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակի, մտքեր փոխանակեցին կազմակերպության առջև ծառացած խնդիրների և դրանց լուծման ուղիների շուրջ։

Անդրադարձ կատարվեց ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և օրենքի գերակայության շրջանակներում Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին։ Երկուստեք կարևորվեց «Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության ծրագրի» շարունակականությունը:

Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Թոմաս Գրեմինգերը մտքեր փոխանակեցին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող ներքաղաքական զարգացումների շուրջ: Արտգործնախարարի պաշտոնակատարը վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի կառավարության հանձնառությունն ապահովելու ազատ, արդար ընտրությունների անցկացումը։

Զրուցակիցներն անդարդարձան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում տեղի ունեցած վերջին զարգացումներին, նախօրեին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ ունեցած հանդիպմանը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների ու ԵԱՀԿ համանախագահ երկրների պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարների համատեղ հնգակողմ հայտարարությանը:
