Ուկրաինան առաջարկել է ԵՄ-ին «կրեատիվ» պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Ռուսաստանի դեմ

Ուկրաինայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Պավել Կլիմկինն առաջարկել է Եվրամիությանը «կրեատիվ» պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Ռուսաստանի դեմ՝ կապված Կերչի նեղուցում ռուս-ուկրաինական լարվածության հետ. այս մասին նախարարը խոսել է Բրյուսելում կայացած ԵՄ խորհրդի նիստից հետո, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» պարբերականը:

Կլիմկինը նշել է, որ իրենք մի շարք պատժամիջոցներ են առաջարկել ԵՄ-ին՝ կոչ անելով կիրառել դրանք ՌԴ-ի դեմ: Դրանք վերաբերում են թե՛ անհատ անձանց, որոնք կարող են մասնակցած լինել Ուկրաինայի դեմ գործողություններին, թե՛ Ազովի ծովում ռուսական նավահանգիստների հնարավորությունները կրճատելուն: Ուկրաինայի ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ իրենք խոսել են նաև «մի շարք կրեատիվ պատժամիջոցների մասին»:

Ավելի վաղ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոն հայտարարել էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ու Եվրամիությունը պետք է արգելեն ռուսաստանյան նավերին մուտք գործել ամերիկյան ու եվրոպական նավահանգիստներ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 25-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայությունը հայտնել է Ուկրաինայի ռազմածովային ուժերին պատկանող նավերի կողմից ռուսական ջրային սահմանի խախտման մասին: Նշվում է, որ երեք ուկրաինական նավ ուղղություն է վերցրել դեպի Կերչի նեղուց՝ նախապես նավերի անցման համար համապատասխան դիմում չներկայացնելով:

Արդյունքում ռուսական կողմը բեռնանավերով փակել է նեղուցը: Բացի այդ, ռուսական սահմանապահ նավը վնասել է ուկրաինական քարշակին, որը հետևում էր նավերի խմբին: Այնուհետև Ռուսաստանն Ուկրաինայի ռազմածովային ուժերի գործողությունների պատճառով Սու-25 օդանավերը հերթապահության է ուղարկել Կերչի նեղուցի շրջանում:

Կիևը Մոսկվային մեղադրել է բացահայտ ագրեսիվ գործողություններ կատարելու համար: Կիևը նաև հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի կողմից իր նավերի ուղղությամբ կրակ բացելու ու նավերը գրավելու մասին: Ուկրաինայի ռազմածովային ուժերի փոխանցմամբ՝ ռուս սահմանապահները նավերը կանգնեցրել են զենքի կիրառմամբ: Դրա հետևանքով վիրավորվել է 3 ուկրաինացի զինծառայող:
