Եթե մի տեղ կարդում եք՝ Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյան անունը, ապա իմացեք գործ ունեք քաղաքական դիակի հետ, որը իր քաղաքական մեկնաբանություններով փորձում է վերակենդանացնել իր գործունեությունը: Բայց բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ գաղափարապես մեռած մարդը, այլևս ունակ չէ հարություն անել: Նա պարզապես պետք է ապրի ու չխանգարի մյուս մարդկանց բնականոն գործունեությանը:
 
Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ այդ գաղափարի հետ Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը չի կարող հաշտվել և ամեն կերպ կփորձի պահել իրեն քաղաքական դաշտում, բայց կան օրինաչափություններ, որոնց հաշվին՝ նրա կարծիքն այլևս ուշադրության չպետք է արժանանա: Նախ դրանցից մեկը այն է, որ նա բազմիցս աչքի է ընկնում ոչ ադեկվատ գնահատականներ հնչեցնելով, այս կամ այն քաղաքական ուժի նկատմամբ:
 
Եվ մասնավորապես աչքի է ընկնում Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցությանը պարբերաբար քննադատելով, որևէ հիմք չունենալով այդ քննադատությունների համար: Երևի նա մոռացել է, որ ժամանակին ցանկանում էր դառնալ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր հենց այս կուսակցության ցանկից, բայց ինչպես ցույց տվեց պատմությունը, առնետներին պետք է սկզբից վռնդել թիմից, որ հետո չդավաճանեն: Իսկ Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը առնետ է բառից բուն իմաստով: Մեկ կուսակցությունից վռնդում են և նա վազում է մեկ այլ կուսակցություն: Վերջերս էլ, նախքան խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը բանակցություններ էր վարում ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ, նոր կուսակցություն հիմնելու շուրջ: Սակայն այս ուղղությամբ էլ նա հաջողության չհասավ: 

Այս մարդը այնքան է լցված ցանկությամբ, որպեսզի ինչ որ պաշտոն կամ աթոռ ստանա, որ իր իբր ծառայությունը հայ ժողովրդին մատուցելու նպատակով՝ նամակի միջոցով, պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել ընդգրկվելու իշխանափոխություն իրականացրած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքում, սակայն Փաշինյանը մերժել էր այդ առաջարկը:
 
Ու սրանից հետո էլ, այս անիքնասեր մարդը այժմ սկսել է քննադատության ենթարկել նոր ձևավորված խորհրդարանը, որը հիմնովին ժողովրդի կամայաարտահայտությունն է ու այս քայլով նա ապացուցում է, որ ընդհանրապես չի գիտակցում երկրում տիրող իրավիճակին եւ կարելի է որակել նրա կատարած արտահայտությունները նոր ձևավորված խորհրդարանի վերաբերյալ պարզապես ինչ որ մեկի կողմից քաղաքական պատվեր, ինչը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է նրա ստոր էությունը և բնույթը: Ազնիվ քաղաքական գործիչը երբեք իր ձայնը չի վաճառի ինչ որ կոպեկների դիմաց ու հաստատապես կարելի է ասել, որ երբ Հմայա Հովհաննիսյանը իրեն որակում է Քաղաքագետների միության նախագահ, ապա վարկաբեկում է այդ մասնագիտությունը և քաղաքագետի նշանակությունը Հայաստանում: Ցավում եմ, որ ձեր նման ծախու մարդիկ իրենց կարծիքն են արտահայտում ու որոշ ճղճիմ լրատվականներ էլ դրանք տարածում են:
