Քաղաքագետ Սարո Սարոյանը «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի աղմկահարույց հայտարարություններին՝ ընդգծեց. «Նոր տարր է մտել ՀԱՊԿ և ԱՊՀ տարածք՝ դա Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխությունն է։ Այլևս Հայաստանը չի ներկայացնում մի ռեժիմ, որը դիսկոմֆորտի մեջ է պահում մյուս երկրների ղեկավարներին։ Իհարկե, իրենք խնդիր ունեն հասկանալու, թե ինչպես են կառուցելու նոր հարաբերությունները։ Սա ինչ-որ առումով նաև պայքար է, իրենք խնդիր ունեն որքան հնարավոր է զսպել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ամբիցիաները»։

Սարո Սարոյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ում դեռևս «չեն մարսել» Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունները: «Եթե մարսած լինեին, շնորհավորանքներ էլ կլինեին, ու նմանատիպ հայտարարություններ չէին լինի։ Հիմա հարաբերությունները պարզելու գործընթաց է գնում, ու այս ամենից պետք է հաղթանակած դուրս գալ։ Սա այն պայքարի ձևն է, որտեղ պետք է նոր դիրքեր գրավել։ Սա դիվանագիտական ու քաղաքական պայքար է»,- եզրափակեց նա։
