Ոստիկանության պետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը վստահեցնում է, որ Հայաստանում քրեական հեղինակությունների վրա այսօր առավել, քան երբևէ հսկողությունը մեծ է: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ոստիկանապետը հերքեց տեղեկությունները, որ այս օրերին մեծ թվով քրեական հեղինակություններ են այցելել Հայաստան:

Արձագանքելով քննադատություններին, թե այս իշխանությունների օրոք ևս քրեական հեղինակությունների ելումուտը երկիր ազատ է, Օսիպյանն ասաց. «Այսպես կոչված, «օրենքով գողերը», նախքան գող լինելը, մարդ են և օգտվում են Սահմանադրությամբ իրենց ընձեռված իրավունքներից ու պարտականություններից։ Սակայն այդ լուրերն իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում։ Երբևէ, ձեզ ասում եմ պաշտոնապես, Հայաստանում կրիմինալը չի եղել հսկողության տակ այնպես, ինչպես այսօր է»։

Ոստիկանապետը հստակեցրեց, որ օրերս եղել է քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Արտյոմ Կանևսկոյի  (Հարությունյան)  հարազատի հիշատակի արարողությունը և նրանք հարազատներով այցելել են նրա շիրիմին։ «Հարազատներով այցելել են գերեզմանատուն, այնուհետև գնացել են նշելու։ Ոստիկանությունը դրա մասին տեղյակ է, նախապես էլ է տեղյակ եղել։ Օպերատիվ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ է իրականացրել։ Եվ դուք, և հասարակությունը վստահ եղեք, որ մենք տիրապետում ենք ամեն մի փոքր տեղաշարժի»,-ասաց նա:
