Դեկտեմբերի 27-ին տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպումը, որի մանրամասները Փաշինյանը ներկայացրեց իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջի ուղիղ եթերում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում Արցախի հարցի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ որևէ քննարկում չեն ունեցել, ասաց, որ գազի թեմայի հետ կապված որոշում չկա, և գազի վերաբերյալ քննարկումները կշարունակվեն աշխատանքային կարգով, իսկ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունում ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ունեցել են կարճ քննարկում։ Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ կարճ խոսակցություն է տեղի ունեցել նաև կազմակերպության դաշնակցային էության և բովանդակության վերաբերյալ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, թե քննարկվել է երկկողմ և բազմակողմ հարաբերություններին վերաբերող հարցերի շատ լայն շրջանակ։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության անդամ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց՝ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի հայտարարությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ այս 8 ամսվա ընթացքում Փաշինյանը, որի թիմը նաև ստացել է բացարձակ մեծամասնություն պառլամենտական ընտրությունների արդյունքում, և որի հետ ժողովուրդը հույսեր է կապել, դեռևս չի գիտակցում պետության համար ամենակարևոր մարտահրավերները։ «Այսօր երկու կարևոր մարտահրավեր կա՝ Արցախի հարց և անվտանգություն և Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացում, որն ուղղակիորեն կապված է գազի գնի հետ։ Եթե Մամեդյարովի և Ալիևի հայտարարությունների, սահմաններում լարվածության արդեն մեծանալու ֆոնի վրա Փաշինյանը գնացել է մեր դաշնակից երկրի նախագահի հետ հանդիպման, որը նաև համանախագահ երկրներից մեկն է, ու Արցախից բան չի խոսել, բա ինչի՞ց է խոսել, եղանակի տեսությունի՞ց, որ այսօր առաջին ձյունն է լինելու։ Այդ մարդը կամ չի պատկերացնում իր պաշտոնի կարևորությունը, որ ինքը Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ պաշտոնյան է, կամ էլ իր ձախողումները փորձում է քողարկել աննպատակ լայվերով։ Էլ խորհրդարանում ՀՀԿ-ն չկա, որ խանգարի, որ ասեք՝ դուք եք մեղավոր։ Եթե ինքը լիներ պատգամավոր, Նոր տարուց առաջ գնային Մոսկվա ու Հայաստանի համար կարևոր հարցերի մասին ոչինչ չխոսեին, ամբողջ օրը միտինգ կաներ»,- ասաց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։
