Արտակարգ պատահարների և դեպքերի թվում 2018-ի 9 ամիսներին հիմնական աճն արձանագրել են տեխնածին պատահարները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում 2018 թվականին գրանցվել է 12685 արտակարգ դեպք պատահար, որոնց հետևանքով զոհվել է 287 և տուժել 8261 մարդ:

 ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանն, ամփոփելով 2018 թվականի 9 ամիսները, ներկայացրեց Հանրապետությունում պատահած բոլոր արտակարգ դեպքերի վիճակագրությունը:

- Պարոն Խանգելդյան 2018 թվականի 9 ամիսների ընթացքում քանի արտակարգ դեպք և պատահար է գրանցվել:

- Հանրապետությունում գրանցվել է 12685 արտակարգ դեպք պատահար, զոհվել է 287 և տուժել 8261 մարդ: Այս տարի ցուցանիշների ռեկորդային մեծ թիվ է գրանցվել անգամ այս 9 ամսվա ընթացքում:

- Այդ արտակարգ դեպքերից և պատահարներից, որո՞նք են ամենաշատն արձանագրվել:Դեպքերի գերակշիռ մասը գրանցվել է հրդեհների, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների և թունավորումների դասերում: Գերակշիռ մասն, ինչպես և նախորդ տարիներին բաժին է ընկել տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերին և պատահարներին՝ 8668 դեպք, ինչը կազմել է դեպքերի և պատահարների շուրջ 68 տոկոսը: Տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերից զոհվել է 260 մարդ և տուժել 4327-ը: Հիմնական աճը գրանցվել է հենց այստեղ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ 2017 թվականի համեմատ տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերն ավելացել են 1147-ով: Տեխնածին դեպքերի բավականին մեծ մասը բաժին է ընկել նաև բուսածածկ տարածքներում տեղի ունեցած հրդեհներին, ինչը փրկարարներից մեծ ջանքեր է պահանջել՝ հատկապես ամառվա ամիսներին: Զուգահեռաբար հրդեհներ էին գրանցվում նաև աղբամաններում և աղբատարերի մեջ: Հրդեհներից զոհերի թիվն աճել է 5-ով, այս տարի ունեցել ենք 8 զոհ, իսկ նախորդ տարի 3: 2018 թվականին գրանցվել է 2923 Ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, ինչից եղել է 245 զոհ, իսկ 4278-ը տուժել: Զոհերից 35-ը եղել է կին, իսկ 12-ը երեխա: ՃՏՊ-ների դեպքերն ավելացել են 370-ով:

- Ո՞ր դեպքերն են նվազել, եթե համեմատենք 2017 թվականի հետ:

- Մարդկանց շրջանում եղել է թունավորման 3569 դեպք, ինչից մահացել է 21 մարդ և 3822 տուժել: Դեպքերի քանակն 94-ով նվազել է և 15-ով զոհերի քանակը և սա շատ լավ ցուցանիշ է: Դեպքերի խոշոր մասը բաժին է ընկել նաև սոցիալ-կենսաբանական արտակարգ դեպքերին՝ 3784: Այս պատահարներից 26 զոհ է եղել և 3932 տուժած, սակայն ցուցանիշները զգալի նվազել են՝ 133-ով:

- Ինչպիսի՞ արտառոց պատահարներ կհիշեք:

- Նորմայից դուրս դեպքեր չենք ունեցել բարեբախտաբար, չնայած, անգամ արտառոց կամ տարօրինակ պատահարի դեպքում, կարծում եմ՝ դժվար կլինի զարմացնել մեր փրկարարներին: Ուղղակի ցանկացած դժբախտ պատահար մեզ համար ցավալի է:

- Անցած տարվա հետ համեմատելով՝ ինչպիսի՞ պատկեր ունենք: 2018 թվականին որքանո՞վ են ավելացել արտակարգ դեպքերը:

- Դեպքերն ընդհանուր առմամբ 1021-ով ավելացել են, այսինքն գրեթե 9 տոկոսով: 2017 թվականին եղել է 7521 տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպք, 226 տարերային և 3917 սոցիալ-կենսաբանական: Նախորդ տարի գրանցվել է 2553 ՃՏՊ, որից զոհվել է 200 և տուժել 3784 մարդ: Մարդկանց շրջանում թունավորումների 3663 դեպք է արձանագրվել, ինչից մահացել է 36-ը և տուժել 4118 մարդ: Տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերից ամենաշատը տեղի են ունենում հրդեհներ բուսածածկ տարածքներում ու աղբամանների և աղբատարերի մեջ: 2017 թվականին եղել է 2366 հրդեհ բուսածածկ տարածքում, ինչը 775-ով քիչ է քան 2018-ին: Աղբի և աղբատարերի մեջ եղել է 614 հրդեհ՝ 151-ով պակաս քան այս տարի:

- Պարոն Խանգելդյան, ինչպե՞ս կարող ենք խուսափել արտակարգ դեպքերից և պատահարներից:

- Հիմնականում մարդկանց գիտակցության բարձրացման հարցն է, քանի որ հիմնականում որպես կանոն անտեսվում են վտանգները կամ անզգույշ են լինում: Մեր հանրությունը պետք է հասկանա, որ օրինակ՝ խոտի դեզի մեջ չի կարելի գցել ծխախոտը կամ բաց կրակ անել դաշտում և հետո ամբողջությամբ չհանգցնել: Սա վերաբերում է հրդեհներին, սակայն ցանկացած պարագայում պետք է բարձրացնել քաղաքացու գիտակցությունը, որպեսզի խուսափեն և՛ ՃՏՊ-ներից, և՛ հրդեհներից և մնացած այլ արտակարգ դեպքերից ու պատահարներից:
