Վիկտոր Մնացականյանը նաև հավելեց․ «Եթե մենք մայթին տեսնում ենք անօրինական ինչ-որ առևտուր, շատ տգեղ կրպակներ, տեսնում ենք վատ գովազդ, ապա այդ ամբողջը մենք առաջին հերթին նկատում ենք մայթին։ Եթե մայթերը համապատասխան չափի չեն, ապա մենք չենք կարող նկատել անգամ կողքի շենքերը։ Լայն մայթերը, օրինակ, Աբովյան փողոցը, հատկապես Մոսկովյանից մինչև Թումանյան փողոց, շատ լավ օրինակ է իմ ասածին։ Իսկ երբ Թումանյան փողոցից գնում ենք Հանրապետության հրապարակ, ապա տեսնում ենք, թե մայթերն ինչպես են գնալով նեղանում՝ կրպակներով, գովազդներով, վճարային համակարգերով, բանկոմատներով։ Այդ ամբողջը մենք պետք է փորձենք, այսպես ասած՝ «հետ գրավել», որպեսզի քաղաքացիներն ունենան հարմարավետ Երևան»։
