«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս մայրաքաղաքում տեղաց հերթական ձյունը և տպավորություն առաջացավ, որ նորից երկար ժամանակով պետք է համակերպվենք ձյան հետքերից գոյացած սառցակույտերի ու դրանով պայմանավորված այլ դժվարություններ հաղթահարելու հետ: Բայց, բարեբախտաբար, այս անգամ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պատկան կառույցների ու ավագանու անդամների ակտիվ ջանքերի շնորհիվ, բնակչության կողմից հնչեցված շատ ահազանգեր կարճ ժամանակ անց լուծում ստացան: 

Ահազանգ հնչեցրել էին նաև մեր լրագրողները, մասնավորապես նշելով, որ վերգետնյա անցումներին նույնպես ուշադրություն դարձնեն, քանի որ սանդուղքներին կուտակված ձյունը լրացուցիչ դժվարություններ էր ստեղծել հատկապես տարեց անցորդների համար: Մեր ահազանգն էլ անարձագանք չէր մնացել, որի համար պետք է շնորհակալություն հայտնել քաղաքապետարանի ողջ անձնակազմին, բայց... կա մի բայց, որին չանդրադառնալ պարզապես հնարավոր չէ:

Խնդիրն այն է, որ չնայած մաքրվել են վերգետնյա անցումների աստիճանները, սակայն անցուղիները մնացել են նույն անմխիթար վիճակում: Ավելին, տեղացած ձյան հետքերը քարացել ու սառցակտորների են վերածվել, ինչը շարունակում է լրացուցիչ լարվածություն առաջացնել: Հարց է ծագում, թե վերգետնյա անցումների աստիճանները մաքրողներն ինչո՞ւ չեն մաքրել նաև նշված հատվածները, որովհետև հանձնարարվել էր միայն աստիճաննե՞րը մաքրել, դա անփութությա՞ն հետևանք է, թե՞ պարզապես ժամանակն է սուղ եղել: 

Բայց արձանագրենք նաև, որ հիմնականում այդպիսին է մոտեցումը, և այս կամ այն հանձնարարությունը կատարողները շատ անգամ չեն էլ ջանում իրենց քթից մի փոքր այն կողմ էլ նայել, այլ հստակ կատարում են այն, ինչ կոնկրետ ասվում է: Ճիշտ և ճիշտ այն անեկդոտի նման, որ երբ մալուխ դնող մասնագետը աշխատանքի չի գալիս, մալուխի փոսը փորողն ու փոսը լցնողը, առանց մտահոգվելու, որ փոսում մալուխ չի տեղադրվում, շտապ–շտապ իրենց օրվա հանձնարարականն են անում: 

Մինչդեռ մի փոքր քաղաքացիական դիրքորոշում ունենալու կամ ուղղակի «քթածակ» ունենալու պարագայում պետք է որ հարց առաջանար, թե աստիճաններից հետո մարդիկ ինչպե՞ս պետք է քայլեն սահադաշտի վերածված անցուղիների հատվածով:

Անկեղծ ասած, նման մոտեցումը բավականին մտահոգիչ է, քանի որ տպավորություն է առաջանում, որ սեփական քաղաքի հանդեպ սեփականության զգացում չունեն անգամ բավականին թանկարժեք շինությունների ու բիզնեսների տերերը: Հակառակ դեպքում, սեփական խանութի մուտքը մաքրելուց բացի կմաքրեին նաև խանութ տանող մայթահատվածը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ եղած մարդկային ռեսուրսն, այնուամենայնիվ, չի կարող բավարարել, որպեսզի մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր վայրերում միաժամանակ ձյան հետևանքները հեռացվեն: 

Մեկ բան հստակ է, երկար տարիներ ապրելով անտարբերության մթնոլորտում՝ մարդիկ էլ շատ հարցերի հանդեպ անտարբեր են դարձել, բայց լավ կլինի, որ սպառողի հոգեբանությունից բացի սովորենք նաև հարցերին նաև տիրոջ զգացումով մոտենալ ու սեփական տնից, մուտքից այն կողմ էլ մերը համարենք ու հոգ տանենք նաև այդ հատվածների համար: Այդ դեպքում արդեն ո՛չ մաքրած սանդուղքներից հետո սառցակալած անցուղի կլիներ, ո՛չ էլ մի քանի օրվա վաղեմություն ունեցող սառած մայթեր ու բակեր:
