Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հունվարի 16-ին ուղերձ է հղել Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության ընդհանուր ժողովի մասնակիցներին: Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես,  ասված է.

«Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության Ընդհանուր ժողովի հարգելի՛ մասնակիցներ,

Ի սրտե ողջունում եմ բոլորիդ կուսակցության այս գերագույն միջոցառման մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ: Մեծ գոհունակությամբ ուզում եմ նշել, որ Արցախում բարձր են գնահատում ձեր՝ տասնյակ երկրներից ժամանած պատվիրակներիդ հայրենանվեր գործունեությունը:

Դաշնակցությունը մեր հանրապետությունում պարբերաբար կազմակերպում է համագումարներ, խորհրդակցություններ, հավաքներ: Սակայն, Ընդհանուր ժողով՝ որպես կուսակցության ամենակարեւոր քաղաքական միջոցառում, Արցախում տեղի է ունենում առաջին անգամ, ինչն ինքնին յուրահատուկ խորհուրդ ունի եւ վկայում է կուսակցության գաղափարախոսության ու գործունեության մեջ Արցախի դերի ու նշանակության մասին:

Դժվար է գերագնահատել Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության դերակատարությունը մեր ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարի, հայոց անկախ պետականության վերականգնման, պաշտպանության, կայացման ու զորացման, համազգային խնդիրների լուծման գործում:  

Դաշնակցությունն ու նրա տարբեր կառույցները հանդիսանում են նաեւ մի հզոր կամուրջ, որն ամուր է պահում հայրենիքի եւ սփյուռքի միջեւ կապերը՝ լինելով  աշխարհասփյուռ հայության ազգային ինքնության պահպանման, մատաղ սերնդի հայեցի դաստիարակման կարեւորագույն ինստիտուտներից:

Արցախի պետականության ամրապնդումը, արցախյան հիմնախնդրի արդարացի լուծումը, մեր հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչումն առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության համար, ինչը մենք մշտապես զգում եւ արժեւորում ենք:  

Ընդհանուր ժողովի օրակարգում ընդգրկված հարցերը, բնական է, ունեն կարեւորագույն նշանակություն ձեր կուսակցության համար, եւ կուզենայի ցանկանալ, որ դրանց բազմակողմանի ու համապարփակ քննարկումները, համապատասխան որոշումների կայացումը հուսալի հիմք հանդիսանան հաստատված ծրագրերի եւ ՀՅԴ հետագա գործունեության իրականացման համար:
