Թրամփը դեմոկրատներին փոխզիջման առաջարկ է արել կառավարության «շաթդաունը» հաղթահարելու համար

ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն առաջարկներ է ներկայացրել՝ ինչպես ապահովել Մեքսիկայի սահմանին պատ կառուցելու ֆինանսավորումը եւ դադարեցնել դաշնային կառավարության աշխատանքի մասնակի շաթդաունը, որը տեւում է չորս շաբաթից ավել, հաղորդում է BBC-ն:

Բացի այդ, նախագահն առաջարկել է փոխզիջում ԱՄՆ-ում մանուկ հասակից անօրինական բնակություն հաստատած մարդկանց հարցով: Սակայն Թրամփը դեռեւս պահանջում է, որ կոնգրեսը հատկացնի 5,7 մլրդ դոլար Մեքսիկայի սահմանին պատ կառուցելու համար: Շաթդաունը դիպչել է 800 հազար դաշնային աշխատակիցներին, որոնք գտնվում են չվճարվող արձակուրդում կամ ստիպված են աշխատել առանց վարձատրության:

Դոնալդ Թրամփը Սպիտակ տանն իր ելույթի ժամանակ փոխզիջման երկու առաջարկ է արել: Առաջինը վերաբերում է գրեթե 700 հազար մարդու, որոնց դեռեւս մանուկ հասակում անօրինաբար բերել են Ամերիկա:

Տվյալ պահին նրանց չեն արտաքսի եւ թույլ կտան աշխատել, բացառությամբ քաղաքացիության համար դիմում ներկայացնելու իրավունքի:

Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի խոսնակ Նենսի Փելոսիի հայտարարությունում ասվում է. «Ցավոք, նրա առաջարկը մերժված նախաձեռնությունների կոմպիլյացիա է, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրն անընդունելի է, եւ դա չի կարելի դիտարկել որպես մարդկանց կյանքերում կայունություն վերադարձնելու ազնիվ փորձ»: «Կասկածում եմ, որ այդ առաջարկները կհաստատվեն ներկայացուցիչների պալատի կողմից»,-հավելել է Փելոսին:

Դեմոկրատները նաեւ հայտարարում են, որ մտադրված չեն բանակցություններ վարել նախագահի հետ մինչեւ չավարտվի շաթդաունը եւ պետծառայողները վերադառնան աշխատանքի:

Մինչդեռ հանրապետականների սենատի խոսնակ Միչ Մաքքոնելն ասել է, որ նախագահի առաջարկը կներկայացնի քվեարկության:
