Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Հարգելիներս,

Երեկ երեկոյան կիսվել եմ Ելենա Աղաջանովայի հրապարակմամբ, որտեղ հանրությանն իրազեկվում էր այն մասին, որ նրա և ընտանիքի մյուս անդամների հասցեին ֆեյք օգտահաշիվներից տեղում են սպառնալիքներ՝ իրենց ընտանիքի անդամին առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանելու համար մահապատժի դատապարտված Մհեր Ենոքյանին ներում շնորհելու գործընթացում իրենց իրավաչափ շահերը բարձրաձայնելու կապակցությամբ։

Գրառմամբ ընդգծել եմ, որ պատկան մարմինների վարքագիծն ինձ համար «[ա]նըմբռնելի է ՆԱԵՎ այն պատճառով, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է տարիների ծանրակշիռ վաստակ ունեցող բժիշկների պատկառելի ընտանիքին։»

Հիմա հարց – արդյո՞ք ես իրավունք ունեմ իմ վարքագիծը և մոտիվացիան պայմանավորել, ի թիվս այլոց, մարդկանց հեղինակությամբ, նրանց ստեղծած հանրային արժեքով, նրանց գործունեության հանրային օգտակարությամբ, թե՞ ես պարտավոր եմ բոլորին դիտել նույն աչքով։

Հարցը խիստ կարևորում եմ, քանի որ մի քանի անկողմնակալ և կողմնակալ (Մհեր Ենոքյանի տիկինը) անձանց կողմից արժանացա քննադատության՝ «իրավահավասարությունը հարգելու» փաստարկով։ Մհեր Ենոքյանի տիկինն անգամ ինձ հանդիմանեց՝ խտրականություն դրսևորելու համար։

Այսպիսով, ձևակերպում եմ հարցը. անհատն իրավունք ունի՞ իր հանրային գործունեության մոտիվացիայում հաշվի առնել մարդկանց արժանիքները, թե՞ ոչ։
